So far I've been able to find only one barber that reminds me of truly going into a real barber shop . The Jefferson Barber is owned and operated by my man Jim. He is a fantastic person and does real good quality work. Jim does a great job treating you like a true customer and is very polite. Jim operates by appointment only so make sure you give him a call prior to just showing up. Jim also cut my sons hair and he too will be going back with me. Thanks for saving my hair Jim!

Their prices are reasonable, the shop is pretty trendy, sort of industrial. And we always laugh because they don't waste time with a lot of chitchat and small talk. In the case of my son and husband, they absolutely love that they are not pulled into awkward small talk. Don't get me wrong, they are perfectly professional and polite, but it is all business. I left a very comprehensive message and submitted it. I then came to YELP to see if my feedback was here. It was not. Moral to the story. Leave feedback on google reviews, yelp, etc. FIRST. Then reply to their requested feedback. I'm not sure if it'll make it to anyone's sight, but if you go..::a safe bet is to ask for Mackenzie - or hope you are scheduled with her if you're a walk-in. My hope is that the barber I had reads my feedback and takes it to heart.
