These guys don't know what they are doing. I was trying to purchase a Corvette from them and submitted my financial information to run credit. They ran a credit check and then 15 minutes later told me they had sold the car. I let them know that all of us spend a lot of effort trying to keep our credit in good shape and don't need random credit checks of vehicles they have already sold. I spent a lot of time trying to track down the car I wanted so I didn't have to multiple credit hits. I would not trust them again and would never purchase from them, too many other options. So I bought a Chevy blazer 2024 from the dealership about six months ago and in those six months it has had a new engine a new cylinder one and a ESC replaced on it. I have maybe been able to drive it two months and I was even nice enough. I called the dealership and asked them if there was anything they would do for me and they ran my credit. We bought a 2022 Subaru with 64,000+ miles on January 8, 2026. We did not buy the extended warranty that day because it would have been another $2200+. I thought the car was checked before selling it. I didn't feel that the pictures of a car on the Classic Chevrolet of Owasso website were anywhere close to being indicative of the cars actual condition. The odometer read under 60K but the condition of the car was more like one with a whole lot more miles than that. I drove over 4 hours to see the car and WOULD NOT HAVE DONE SO had the pictures accurately depicted the condition of the car. I didn't even test drive it and although they immediately offered a $2000 price reduction, this amount wasn't even close to what the car would have needed to be priced at in order to fix the body/paint/bumper/ and trim issues along with the worn and torn interior. read more

I bought a used 2020 Chevrolet Malibu LT from this dealership in mid 2025. The sales experience was decent. I was working with Ronnie on this deal for about 2 hours before I was able to walk away with the vehicle to my name. The reason this took so long is because of my own due diligence and nothing less. I wasn't walking away with a deal I was going to be unhappy with. Ronnie was able to get me a 2nd key for this vehicle to close the deal as well as a platinum warranty. Unfortunately this is the part where my 3 star review comes in. According to Ronnie they don't service vehicles when they get them in so it took me about a week to actually get the keys and drive it home. Ronnie told me at my request that the wheels would be without scuffs and the front bumper would be clipped back in by the time they were all done. Turns out they took the hubcaps off but did not fix the scuffed/damaged wheels and only pushed the bumper back into place to look like it had been repaired. When I did get the vehicle finally I noticed there were some chips in the windshield that I had addressed and that was taken care of. I had to reach out to upper management to get these issued resolved which was Mike Warren. Mike was an awesome guy and made sure I was taken care of. The wheels got fixed and the cracks in the windshield were repaired. I never got the invoice for the service that was done before I got the keys like I requested. Lastly Jimmy Jones, Finance Director, threatened to repo the vehicle if I didn't get them my most recent paystub ASAP. I originally went back to the dealership to get a check I was owed and to speak with this financial director but unfortunately he wasn't there that day. Mike Warren said he would speak with this employee but not sure what may have come of that. At the end of the day I was okay with our outcome and the vehicle has been running smoothly. read more

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot. It was in transit. I went through a battery of questions about making a purchase (most of which I'm pretty sure I was just being lied to) things like additional fees and mark ups. The claim is they don't have any additional fee "at this time". Which most likely means that they will things like paint protection, tint, wheels locks etc for $5,000. And add that to the sticker price. Nevertheless I ask about get the numbers for the vehicle including MSRP TTL and whatever else and I'll place a deposit on the vehicle. When the vehicle arrives I'll swing by and pick it up. The sales person claimed they don't do reserves.... Every other dealer does but make this one has a policy against it. All in all didn't seem very reasonable on dealing with them so I withdrew my offer and moved on to the next dealer. read more

This dealership after much conversation explained to me why it was taking so long to pick up the vehicle we purchased. The dealership sales process was smooth with Mike and the Financing department was also painless. Where communication broke down was with the service needing to be done to be able to pick up the vehicle after purchase since we could not take it same day. Sales and finance told us there would be a couple of day delay. It ended up being longer and we talked through it. I'm in customer service so I get it. The only thing I would leave would be for the communication to be stated in a way that states up to ( insert days based on known delays) that way there is not an unmet expectation. After the way I was treated by the staff of Classic Chevrolet I wouldnt trust Will Reynolds or Keith Haney alone with my neighbors goat. The number one issue is they are not inspecting vehicles in any way before being put on the lot and sold. My vehicle ended up with a new motor, axle, key fob and radio antenna and this took them 6 months and the only reason it was taken care of is because I had the issue on the we owe. They still delivered my vehicle needing new batteries, 2 o2 sensors a catalytic converter. All of which they know about and are comfortable selling as such. He told her, ok, I will get you one Saturday, he calls at 4:45 Saturday and says he has a car, we are at a Formal event that starts at 5:00 but she said she would leave early, she asked him if he would be there at 8:00, and he said yes he would and even later probably. She leaves the event goes to Owasso and the place is locked up tight. So Monday comes, she finally gets a loner and what happens? today she is driving and gets a flat tire and is then told by Montgomery that she has to pay $250 to replace the tire....still not sure when she is supposed to get the new pre-owned car she bought last Thursday.... I have not been here in years to get an oil change. Well, they have improved slightly. At least the car got in and out in the time quoted. However their friendly customer service has not improved. They are still direct with no happiness at all just the way I left them years ago. They seem to be bothered your presence in my personal opinion. When checking out I had to ask where my car was parked, they left the mechanic oil paper in my floor. Didn't even get a see you next time. They didn't take time to review paper work. Just told me the price and said here is what was done, sign both. While it doesn't bother me either way, if you are big on sanitation an mask, don't go here as not one employee that I saw today wears them.
