My wife and I spoke with Mark, probably the nicest salesperson we have ever dealt with, about purchasing a vehicle at their location. We drove 2 hours to look at this vehicle, even called when we were about 30 minutes away and another salesperson let someone test drive it and subsequently purchase it out from under us. Now, I know it is first come/first served, but the sales manager came out and asked about the vehicle and seemed kind of irritated that a salesperson undermined another like that...especially when a potential customer drove 2 hours just to have the rug pulled out from under them. We had every intention on driving away in that vehicle. In my mind, the other salesperson should have at least given Mark a heads up about the other customer, so he could've called us to save us the trouble. I feel that Mark would've done that if the other salesperson wasn't such a douche. This one-star review is not a reflection of Mark's service. He was excellent! I give Mark 5 stars, but this one-star rating is a reflection of that one particular salesperson that thought it was cool to screw over a coworker and customers that drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. If a dealership tolerates this then it would probably be a cold day in hell before I do business with them. Mark, if you read this, your apologies and manners were on par with what I would expect from a professional...your coworker on the other hand can eat a bag of dicks. read more

I didn't purchase anything or have any work done from the service department. I had an issue from a dealer from out of state and needed to transport my wife's van back to Oklahoma. I asked the odd question of; can they deliver it here and use your lot? Not even a question, they said of course. They contacted me a week later that the transport was there and unloaded. I picked it up and also ask a few questions from the service department and received the answers I needed. They have a new customer in mw. Great job and thank you so much. read more

Several years ago I paid for oil changed and tire rotation. Five that had expiration date. Plus a bonus one that never expired. I tried to use the bonus one and was told that they don't do that anymore . I will not do business with a place that breaks a promise. I will drive to Tulsa or another nearby town for my Ram service needs. I have a 2017 Ram with only 23K miles. I have been offered great prices for it many times. I was thinking about selling it and buying a new one. If I do, it won't be at Melton's, even though I like to shop local when possible. Probably not a deal breaker for other folks, but with me it definitely is. read more
