Here I am facing another 10k rebuild on something that was supposed to last me a long time based on their promises. It took ARD Motorsports over four months from June to November, with false promises, excuses, and me having to constantly call for updates, only to be given more excuses about magical pistons, engines, among other lame reasons as to why my car was taking so long to be fixed. Please save your money, and go with a trusted Viper shop that will offer a warranty, that will stand behind their products and support their customers. Even if you have to spend a little more, in the end, it will be worth every bit. Also, some advice that I will follow always and forever. Draft up a contract with expected milestones of the build, repair, and delivery timelines, ask them to provide you with lots of photos of their progress, the build and process, and ask them to return all your old parts, ask them for part numbers, and ask for detailed descriptions of the work, the goals, the expected outcome, and expectations. PUT IT IN WRITING. If they're not willing to put it in writing, move on. Stay away from this place.
