This is a great place for regular oil change and Wash and have a great staff to take care of you. Brought my cars here another 5 times this year- always happy, if something is missing- a window clean or something - just ask. Also- tip the guys. It's hot it's sweaty and good value. I tip the washers and mechanics at least $5. I didn't try to come during the week as crowded but expect a wait as they do fill up quick. Highly recommend. read more

Just had an $18 car wash. Inside and out. I came to get my car wash mainly because the inside needed to be wiped down good and vacuumed out. They vacuumed the car out good however, they barely even wiped the inside of my car down. Stuff still on windows and streaks from using a dirty towel. Dirty and marks still all over doors and all over. Water left in the bottom of my cup holder and then to top it off i sit down and my seat is wet. Not detail oriented, just a really terrible job. I don't like to spend $35.00 and wind up doing the work myself at home but that's what happened. Paid for a full wash/interior cleaning and I had barely sat down before the attendant announced my car was ready. I thought, how can that be? The interior cleaning was rushed and half-assed. When I saw that the console was untouched and had a peanut that had fallen in, I asked the attendant to please clean it. When I got home, I saw that he had merely sprayed some cleaner on it and the nut was still there. Unbelievably lazy (he was tipped well). I feel torn leaving this review because it was a good service in the past and my son even worked there as his first job but this is the second time this has happened, the last time being that they completely left the trunk untouched and I had to go back and get it cleaned (taking time out of my day I didn't have). Been here a few times and it gets worse with each visit!! Took almost 1 hr to get a car wash and it was still filthy!!! Guys cleaning the cars are slow, look bored and seem to care less about making the car look good...wish we had more options in the area! Very nice customer service, cleanliness around the waiting room is great, every employee makes sure you have a good time there, and you gotta love it when your car comes out shinning. I got a carpet cleaning and interior cleaning too did an amazing job on the carpets, didn't get many details inside of the car but there is another service that takes care of that ( said from one of the employees). read more

Worst oil change place ever! Got a oil change and included Mobil One. There is an up charge for Mobil one, no problem. But, then they charge for oil filter, because it's a"different" type of filter?? Then, they up charge because apparently my V6 Jeep holds 6 quarts instead of 5. Talked to manager, who is a total unprofessional. He got mad because I told him I would not be back. Walked away and slammed door. Very childish! Stay away from this place. Up charge everything!!!! There is a better car wash on Ga20 and it is cheaper!!!! This place is a joke. My husband got there early on a Friday morning for a regular oil change. JUST an oil change. He dropped the car off and left to get breakfast. When my husband returned to pick up the car, he was told "oh, we noticed your air filter was really dirty, so we went ahead and changed it for you, so it will be $30 more." Then he reluctantly added, "if you don't want the new air filter, I can take it back out for you but we are busy now and it will be at least a 30 minute wait." Nobody called him to discuss it, nobody mentioned it ahead of time. Nobody ASKED if he would like the air filter replaced. They just did it and charged him for it. My husband had our baby with him, so of course he didn't want to wait. He just let it go. This place also charges way more than the dealership for basic services. We will never be back. read more

Credit and debit cardholders beware. I had a monthly membership and I cancelled because I was closing a checking account that my auto pay was on. I called them to cancel and they told me they would take care of it. Then the next month they charged my card again, which my bank paid while having a zero balance due to going to close the account, and getting charged a $35 NSF fee. I went up there and spoke with the manager, she apologized and advised I needed to come back and speak with the store manager Michael. I went up there today to resolve the issue and they advised they would refund the monthly amount charged but I needed to take up the NSF fee with my bank. I explained I already discussed it with them and they would not waive it. Michael then stated well we're not going to pay for it. For a company that's willing to lost a customer over $35 does not show any value to the community they operate a business in. Guess they forgot they're in business because of customers! read more

This business is currently called Sunshine Auto Care they were formerly ASAP Auto Care. The new owners have spent an incredible amount of money updating their automatic car wash, it's the best wash I've ever been through. The prices here are more than reasonable and the staff are incredibly friendly. If you take a car here for an oil change they will take your car through the wash and then hand detail it inside and out at no charge. I cannot tell you what an excellent job these employees do both on the service end and in the hand detailing! every time they finish it's like my car is brand new again, and who doesn't love that! One of the best parts about their service is how quickly they take care of the work. I have never waited longer than an hour to an hour and a half on a busy day. Other days I have been in and out in 30 minutes. Compared to other service centers that is just incredible to me as I have waited several hours just for an oil change before at other locations. I'm so impressed with their service that I have recently set up a commercial account where our entire fleet of vehicles go there to be serviced and washed. I cannot say enough about how great this Auto Care center is. Give them a try and I promise you will not regret it! read more

Replaced wiper blades a $19 cost then left with damage costing $500 by them breaking the wiper motor transmission wiper bracket, wiper arms and plastic cowl. Then tried to cover it up by taping what they broke back together . I returned a week later to complain the mgr Michael said that it was already broken by the last person who worked on my car. That was them! He also informed me they always video all repairs done in the shop but my video they no longer had since it was over a week ago when I came in. Fishy!! Michael told me it was beyond his expertise but took it upon himself any way to try to fix it without even consulting or showing me the damage. He re taped it back like it was before since he couldn't fix it. Beware of this business!!!!! read more

First, the staff was not friendly. This is the 2nd time I've gone here- decided to give them another chance. We waited a long time on the oil change. We even went for full synthetic after the up-sale. Secondly, after the oil change our car sat in line for a wash for forever. We watched as others pulled in ahead of our car. We eventually asked for a rain check after getting frustrated. They acted a little upset when we wanted to just get the car. The young man who finally brought our car around explained that they had too many cars waiting to be vacuumed, and even though we were only getting a wash only- he was instructed to park our car in a line that had to wait on the detail area to clear out a little. He said he didn't understand it, but was doing what he was told. Lastly, I got into the car and oily boot marks were on both front floor mats! The door handle had black oil on it, as did the passenger seat. I will never return again. The counter staff should be cheery with high energy, and they should place paper floor guards in the car before entering with oily feet. Save your money and find another place- this experience cost me almost $70 and an hour and a half. read more

My wife bought an entire gift book when they were ASAP...$150 worth of car washes just to hear they won't accept them now that they are sunshine...funny thing is, the lady who sold them to her as such a great gift to begin with is the lady that told her they were no good. I was given a $20 coupon for a free car wash since they were closed. Went back on Monday, was told the $20 only got me driving my car thru the wash. While in need of a car wash after driving from out of state, I decided to stop here on a Sunday afternoon. From the beginning, the facility appears very busy so it must be worth a try having not been there before. Their procedures are different then what I've experienced at other car wash places throughout the country. Usually, they vacuum first, then wash, then dry. Not here. They wash the vehicle first, then (& maybe because it was busy) they park your car in their far back lot to handle the other vehicles in front of you. The wait...because it was busy was about 30+ minutes. Staff - Yes/No. Yes...the first person who interacted with me was very polite & hustled around to get his part of the process done quickly. Doing that portion by himself, I thought he handled himself well under a stressful environment. Cashier...yes/no. At first, the cashier was very mundane & not overly excited to assist. Unfortunately I asked if they offered military discounts & she quickly responded that they only offered discounts Mon-Thur as the other days were their busy days & did not offer them during those days. That...although not very offensive, was, to me, a slight at those that serve. I quickly responded to her that if your business offers discounts to military personnel that it should be offered for any day of the week as those that serve/have served worked every day to protect the freedoms & liberties for businesses like this to make money. After my little spill on military appreciation, she quickly retorted something I could not understand & did discount my bill. I would have appreciated it more if she would have been a litte more polite & understanding. I don't expect all places to "bow down" to us military folks, but if you have discounts for us...please allow those discounts whenever we show our military credentials. Outside staff working on vehicles...yes/no. No one dried the vehicle I had them clean as the sun dried it...with the soap stains running down the vehicle. The people who cleaned the windows & dressed the tires...could have done a better job. Again...maybe it was because they were so busy...that the service was subpar compared to other places or doing it yourself. Service - No. The car wash process was great up until it rolled outside of the car wash & was parked in the sun for the soap that was not properly cleaned off the vehicle to dry & stain the vehicle. The vacuuming job was fair. The windows were not cleaned well inside/out & the tires were not really dressed (even though this was part of what I paid for). Instead of waiting in line to complain (as there were two other parties complaining at once), I decided to chalk this one in the loss column & learn my lesson of where NOT to go. Overall - Although this business offers discounts, they don't offer it for every day...odd, but yes..that's how they operate. I would not recommend this place as far as any of the work they performed & for the amount of money paid + time wasted just to have to take it somewhere else & have the whole thing redone. You're better off washing it yourself if you have the time. read more

Horrible.....My advice is to find a couple of neighborhood kids, pay them each $1.00 and turn them loose on your car with a bucket of water and a garden hose. His place literally is a joke, I've tried many times to like it because it's so close to my house but today was the last straw. First off they close extremely early everyday, second they are always out of clean towels and spray to clean the interior of your car, which is the whole purpose of going to a car wash. I am a local customer that lives 1 mile from this car wash. The service has never been awesome just ok. Today topped it off for me with this car wash. I will never step foot into this place again. First off I got the 30.00 car wash. I tipped the guy that took my order 3 dollars to make sure he sprayed up under my fenders and pressure washed them. I also asked him to make sure my windshield was cleaned with bugs and the front of my vehicle. What a joke. He did neither. The employees up front cleaning the cars do not have a clue nor do they give a shit about the customers. I tipped them 4 dollars. No management looking over these employees and their work. I got home and had to spend at least 30 minutes cleaning my vehicle inside and out. If somebody opens a car wash in this area that gives a shit about customer services will but this place out of business. It will happen eventually. read more

Its actually pretty impressive to be as bad as they are considering all I am paying for is the ability to run my car through an automatic car wash and then simply be able to use some spray to wipe down the inside and a vacuum. Let's start with the car wash part... I pay $20 per month for unlimited use of the above mentioned services. I generally only go about twice per month because their hours are so inconvenient that I can never make it there while they are open. But that's not even the thing I'm upset about, I knew that going into the deal. I have been multiple times... multiple times.. not once or twice... many many times where I drive up to the car wash area and wait for an attendant to come and start the car wash. All they have to do Is press the go button (I think they are supposed to spray some cleaner and maybe scrub the bugs off... I say maybe because sometime they do... sometimes they don't... sometimes they kinda just "rub" my car with the scrubber barley touching it at all...) anyways... I have been many times where I end up leaving after 5-6 minutes of waiting for the "go button guy". When the guy is there it still takes forever because they are constantly putting cars in front of you that are getting oil changes. This would not be too bad if the workers weren't so slow... they just are soooo sloww! They have no sense of urgency at all. A quick car wash that should only take a few minutes always ALWAYS ends up taking 15-20 minutes. Then as mentioned in previous reviews... they constantly are out of cleaner and towels to wipe down the inside of the car. The vacuum is always ALWAYS clogged by previous guests... I understand they can't help that people clog them... but that means they need to have someone go in clog them... I always have to take the attachment off and dig other peoples trash out myself in order to be able to vacuum my car... I have talked with several employees and managers and no one takes any of it seriously or even cares. I can't wait for the day Braselton gets another option... this place will go out of business. read more

Just paid $25 and an extra $30 for the dog hair to be taken off the back seat. I go out and immediately see in between the seats loads of black dog hair. I don't think they even shoved the vacuum in between the seats. The gal behind the counter is busy texting and zipping through Facebook. Not really impressed with this place.
