I will say making an appointment was fairly easy, although I had to request an ETA because I didn't hear from them. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but 2 young men presented to my house in a pickup truck. It seemed a little sketchy. They didn't introduce themselves, in fact I had to initiate the conversation once I saw the logo on the truck. I believe it should be said ahead of time that they need to use the customer's water and electricity because for someone who's not used mobile detailing, that catches them off guard. What was detailed was done well and by that, I just mean wiping down the car. They missed an interior compartment, the trunk in one of the vehicles and there was still crumbs in the car. When I asked why one trunk was done and not the other, they said it's only done upon the customer's request in sedans. When they were first inspecting the cars, they looked in the trunk, so that would've been nice to know at that time. They start their prices for interior and exterior at $119.99 and go up depending on the condition of the cars. Our cars were not filthy. The worst of one was some crushed out sprinkles under the mat and the other had some milk stains on black carpet from something that spilled. They were mostly dusty, crumbs, nature kind of dirt and they were trying to charge me $175 per car. Any stains in the ceiling aren't included in the quoted price and neither is the milk stain because it was never touched. The carpet wasn't shampooed nor vacuumed properly. I ended up deciding against the exterior and was quoted $100 per car for the interior. When I take my car to a standard car wash where they do the interior and exterior, they get it looking better than this for no more than $40. When I pay almost 3 times that price, I expect a lot better. In addition, the windows weren't cleaned, my puppy's wet nose marks are still on the windows. To top this whole service off, one of them mentioned that they had COVID 3 weeks prior to detailing our cars. That's not something a customer wants to hear especially when you show up not wearing a mask. I honestly feel like I got scammed. I hope this is helpful to someone because I would've appreciated a review like this. read more

Scheduling with them was also very simple and they responded really quick. At first I was cautious about someone else detailing my own car but I was actually wrong. These guys did an extremely good job and my car is as shiny as ever. My car now has a long lasting wax and and it looks great.
