Not sure if it's because I'm a black woman (I'm sure) or they're just genuinely unconcerned with helping anyone... they lied to me multiple times about speaking with geico. Said I was yelling at everyone ... I only spoke to one person my entire experience and we chatted and laughed together. Everything she said to me was a lie from the beginning. She lied about completing initial steps to have my car towed there. I had to call the next day and they said they would do it right then. They also decided they wouldn't be servicing my car after having it for 4 days. Lastly and most important they insisted that the damage to my tires was something I had going on previously - before I was HIT in an accident - and was not because the accident misaligned my tires and I had to drive the car for three weeks post accident. Photos of my tires the day after the accident and almost 1 month later are included. Horrible service. Worse energy. In the end they did me the BIGGEST FAVOR by not working on my car. It's being fixed by people with humanity, integrity and actual personalities. I'll drive better knowing people who wanted to help me, helped me! read more

Do not use this shop. They are the worst. State Farm sent me to them and they said wouldn't fix my car because the radiator was leaking. I have talked to State Farm and other shops and this is total BS. Body shops routinely fix cars that are leaking fluid because of an accident. My first issue is that I was told an estimate would be provided before they did the work so I could compare the difference between repairing my bumper vs replacing it. An estimate was not provided and they started the repair without telling me the cost. As it turns out, a new bumper was $231.93 from Honda. The repair was $220 in labor. I would have paid $11.93 extra for the new part if given the chance. When I went to pick up my car, there was an obvious line about 2-3" long where there was no paint. The GM apologized and they kept it for a couple more days. I mentioned my issue with the cost to repair vs replace and he said that he'd look into swapping out the labor for a new part. He didn't get back to me with an answer so that was a line of BS. Finally, after picking up my car, I noticed that the bottom edge of the bumper was not straight. I drove back to the shop. They looked at and tried to convince me that was how they are supposed to look. The bracket the bumper connects to is clearly bent causing a hump in the plastic bumper. The right bracket is 1/4" lower than the left side. read more

The repair came out to be almost double what the estimate was for a simple sent in the bumper. They said they would call if the charges changed and there was no call. In the end they adjusted the price to the original estimate but it was still not good business practice. Note there was over spray carelessly left on my car is that they had to clean up afterwards. Also and I was getting an estimate they said just a few days and then when I dropped it off they said A week. Seems like they really need to get their act together read more
