Compare their prices to the dealership and other auto repair shops - you'll get a better deal. They've upgraded to diagnostic software that allows you to agree or decline recommended services. They also drop photos of what they see so it stays in the history of your account. There's no awkward upsell and no pressure to sell more things like other shops. If you drive an import, check them out. They do everything except tires. read more

Had valve cover gasket done and coil packs which they charged about what the dealer would have charged for valve cover gasket repair so not much savings if you are trying to avoid the dealer (was told it was due to the 6 hours of labor charged over 1200 for the labor alone). I can't recommend Fastlane enough. Went to an auto shop on Cobb Pkwy for routine maintenance and they recommended a full new set of brake pads and rotors which would land me at around $1k. I took my Lexus to Fastlane for a second opinion and they told me the brakes were totally fine but warned me that I will need new tires soon and pointed out a few other things to be aware of. Bought this vehicle from Nalley Infiniti of Marietta in early 2018. Six months later the transmission went out and I was over my warranty due to miles acquired doing ride share. 2013 Pathfinders, Infiniti JX35 and I think the Q60 have CVT transmissions issues. After doing extensive research I found out that these models are problematic. Long story short the dealership quoted me like 8k AND it was "on back order". Brought my car here and paid less for the work and got A1 service, the only thing they're missing is a loaner vehicle(s). I had a small "issue"with the work that was done (undercarriage plastic wasn't put back on, better AC charge) so I called and now I'm here getting it taken care of with no issues. I brought my 10' G37 sedan to the guys at Fastlane Import to have my brake fluid flushed, and alignment, and to have my Clutch pedal switch replaced. The guys at Fastlane are very knowledgeable, and professional. They could tell that my car means a lot to me and took care of if with the best care. The Infiniti dealership originally quoted me $1000 for a new starter when it only turned out to be a bad clutch pedal switch that solved my Problems. A very GooD FinD! Professional and knowledgeable men. I was referred to Fastlane from Discount Tire where I had my new tires installed. He had his car serviced at Fastlane a couple of times and was happy with the work so I decided to give them a try. ++. Ambiance is immaculate bright, open office with a comfortable waiting area with a TV on an appropriate motorhead channel. Given Fastlane is next to Old South BBQ on Windyhill, I was surprised with such modern clean space inside. +++. Service they provide are alignments on most cars, race cars and mechanical work on Japanese vehicles. I just needed to get an alignment post new tires install....called and made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, they checked me in and promptly started on my vehicle. Spoke with Justin, the manager and he was courteous and shared with me the services they offer outside of alignment are on Japanese autos. Apparently, their setup allows them to work on very low to the ground cars and hence, many race / customized autos frequent Fastlane for alignments. They've been around for 10 years and last 5 years at this current place. My car was ready in about 45 minutes....after they do the alignment they test drive. Justin told me that my vehicle needed a minor alignment in the front and said if it didn't they don't adjust and do not charge. Not sure if this is a usual practice at other shops, but I found it refreshing. ++ Price is reasonable...definitely less than the dealers. I checked in on Yelp while I was waiting and good thing I did because there was a $10 off for work over $$. Bonus! You're Welcome! + Parking is about half a dozen spaces in front of the shop and is tight. Overall, I'm happy to found Fastlane for my car alignment. I hit something metal on the highway and my car started to make a loud rumbling noise, and looked like it was leaking gas. Justin is who I've worked with on my two visits (clutch replacement on one and brakes & alignment on the other). The price I feel was very fair for both visits. I needed a quick check on a used Infiniti G35, I was purchasing. My previous Nissan car, was usually taken to T3 Automotive. With no appointments available, I found these guys through an internet search. Glad that I did. They looked over the car and told me what looked good and what would need attention soon. Service records, found in the car from the previous owner, indicated that car had a major leak that needed to be repaired (expensive). Fastlane, found out quickly that it was just a pinched radiator hose, which only took a minute to fix. I was impressed. So they pretty much get the car for any significant repair issues based on its age. Recently, I price shopped a repair to replace my front brakes. They priced me out at about two-thirds of what the Infiniti dealer wanted. They even noticed, a slight tapping coming from the engine compartment, that I'd noticed before, but forgot to mention. The representative suggested I use premium fuel. The fuel cap indicated 'premium' was recommended, although not required. Following the agent's advice, within 30 minutes of putting premium into the car, all of the rattling (noticed on hard acceleration or on first engine start of the day) was gone. Wow! I like the repair service and the staff. I recommend them highly! They have a small seating area, with the kind of soft sofas that make you want to fall asleep. So you need to bring a phone or tablet with headphones to keep you motivated. They have wi-fi that is fast enough for me to stream Netflix or Hulu. I recommend this place. read more

I'm impressed! I came by after hearing odd noises coming from my car. They were busy and couldn't take me in immediately but one of the guys was willing to at least listen to the noise and see if it could wait until the next day or needed attention ASAP. He thought it sounded like the heat shield and wondered if I had any exhaust work recently. I remembered that I had my catalytic converter worked on last year during emission month. He assured me I should be fine driving around until I can get it looked it or that I could visit the original place that worked on my car. Sure enough, the original body shop that worked on my car found that it was the heat shield and fixed it immediately These guys are knowledgeable and honest. Awesome service! My car needed a transmission fluid change. The price quoted was fair. I felt the information I was told was honest. They inspected my car for everything and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The leather couches are a nice touch compared to dingy hard chairs you find at other places. Justin promptly handed my son the TV remote and allowed him to choose a program. I have been meaning to write a review since my experience with Fastlane this summer. Today I had a moment to get it done. These guys are hands down the best shop I have ever used. I have an 05 Nissan Titan that was making exhaust noise when cold. As usual the dealership wanted to charge an insulting amount just to look at it. So I took to the web and did my homework. After reading good reviews online regarding fastlane, I decided to bring my truck up for them to take a look. Living downtown, it's a bit of a hike, but all the good reviews seemed like it would be worth a shot, plus they owner worked for a nissan dealership shop for years and brought a great crew with him. From the very start they were on it, fully engaged and interested. Immediately they could tell what the problem was, but just to be sure, I left my truck with them for the night. In no time, I got a call explaining I had a long crack in my exhaust header....The repair cost would be over $1500. OUCH! (Thanks you Nissan for making the cat and header one piece.) The guys were able to find a much more affordable options which was to weld the crack. Bam! $1,000+ saved! For good measure they topped of some fluids that needed it and some good advice. I was also impressed by their communication...Every step of the way they were letting me know what my options were, where they were in the process and how much time I should be expecting. I had a find a mechanic in hurry after moving to Marietta so I could pass my emissions test. I found Fastlane on Yelp and decided to give them a try. After I was told at another mechanic that it would be $90 just to look at my car I was worried it would be the same here. It was defiantly not the case at Fastlane. Damon and John were very friendly and honest about what was wrong with my car. They quoted me a price and it was exact one I paid when picking up my car. Since that first trip I have brought my car to Fastlane three other times. Once for an oil change and it was only $30! The last time I brought my car in I knew this place was a keeper. I had ran over a curb trying to turn into Starbucks. I ended up jarring something loose. It turned out I had cracked my flex pipe. Fastlane didn't have the welding tools to fix the pipe, the only thing they could to was give me a new muffler structure. This would've been very costly and also unneeded . So instead of trying to charge me an arm and a leg for something I didn't need they told me to find a muffle shop that would be able to fix it.
