They took a look and tried several cost affective options to get the window straightened out along with securing several pieces in the door. I've had 3 repairs performed by RJ's Auto Body over the years, most recently my 2001 BMW convertible in October 2023. They have always done a superb job with the repairs and paint matching. They worked well with my insurance to make sure everything was done that was required. Around September 28th of this year, Jeff & Co did a superbluous job at making my 2006 Ford 500 look like it was new instead of a burgeoning body of faded paint. So last week, my husband took his weather worn 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to be detailed. The paint was good, it just looked every bit of 50,000 miles of driving, getting washed whenever, and sitting outside all the time. A week later, I picked it up and could not believe what I saw - although given his work on my 2006 Ford, I should not have been surprised. The Wrangler has not looked that good since it was brand-dealer new. Atop of doing a deep detail of the exterior paint, the soft top was cleaned and also looked like it did 5 years go. Interior detailing were those extra miles that made the interior look as new as it could be without replacing the driver's seat, but still matching the quality of work on the rest of the Jeep. Jeff and his crew don't just do a superb body and paint job, but detailing your car is another specialty that I definitely encourage y'all to treat your cars to. read more

Always outstanding service! I first used them about 18 mos ago to repair some self-imposed paint touch-up mayhem on both of my door frames. Not only did they get the paint back to a factory fresh look, but they did so for a rather small and very reasonable price. I had feared that both doors would require repainting, which would have been cost prohibitive. But they were able to fix my mess-up rather quickly. I recently had another mishap when the tailgate of my Jeep closed on a box of golf balls sitting on my bumper, bending the corner outward rather significantly. The estimate from another shop located much closer to my home was $591, which is nearly $100 more than a brand new painted tailgate. Of course, you then had to factor in the time and effort spent swapping out the original tailgate for the replacement. Knowing how happy I was with them the first time, I called them and was advised to send pictures. The pictures were not good enough to use as an estimate, so I stopped by the next morning to have someone look at the damage. I was told that it could be repaired for $200-$250, fairly close to the original condition but that it would not be perfect. That was fine with me, since I did not expect perfection without replacing the entire tailgate with an OEM or aftermarket version. The price sounded good to me, and I asked when I could drop off the vehicle. To my susprise they said that they could do it right then and there. About 20 minutes later I was once again a very happy customer. I highly, highly recommend them for any body work that you need. Their quality of work and customer service are first-rate. read more

The owner is less than professional and would rather lose a customer, as opposed to giving a few things away. This is my experience. He billed more than $4K to the insurance company paying for the body work in my accident, had my car 39 days, and had the audacity to try and charge me for the $300 of extra work. I was more than happy to pay for the extra work, had they gotten my car completed in a timely manner, instead of emailing me several times with empty promises and missed deadlines. They did end up doing a good job on the body work, but no communication was started on their end to let me know what was going on during this 6 week timeframe. Worst of all, the owner, Jeff Glatzer, threw my keys at me, hitting me in the chest while yelling profanities at me and to get out of his shop! This is not a small business that I will recommend. He was threatening and ridiculously out of control! read more

After being hit by a drunk driver I looked up a reputable body shop and found RJs. So happy I did. They did an outstanding job on repairing my Traverse. A month after the repairs I noticed the rear ac system wasnt working. I took it to the dealer as it would be covered under the warranty. I was told that the body shop didnt connect the ac unit back. I was was charged $120 by the dealer. I went back to RJs, knowing they would do the right thing. They did. A full refund of what I had to pay. Everyone makes mistakes, however a company that owns up to it and makes it right is certainly a place to be recognized and thanked for being honest and trustworthy. I first went to Maiko and they kept changing the price on me and being very sketch. The manager even told me I could take it down the road. So I did... I found RJ's body shop online and they had great reviews. I now understand why! RJ's body shop did a great job. When they ran into any issues they called me immediately and spoke to me about them. What an honest body shop that does some great work. Usually that's not the case from my past experience at other body shops. I pulled in after finding them online. The owner came out immediately and gave a very reasonable estimate. I drop my truck off a few days later to get my hood repainted. Truck was ready as promised and the owner went above and beyond and took care of my bumper and headlights that needed some work without changing the original price he had quoted me. I am getting ready to sell my son's truck which had a considerable amount of damage from wear & tear, small and not-so-small incidents, and dents/scrapes from just plain foolish driving of a teenage boy. I searched through Yelp, Angies list, and Kudzu to find a reputable collision shop because I was going to be paying for this myself. After narrowing down the field to what looked like the best shops, I selected RJ's because there were many, many people who had rated them, almost all of the ratings were "5's" (the highest rating), and anything lower than 5 appeared to be based on customer behavior/expectations rather than actual work done by RJ's. I fact, the one that stuck out in my mind was one where RJ's accepted full responsibility and asked the customer to contact them and let them know what could be done to make right. Fast forward to my experience with RJ's... I couldn't have had a better experience. Let me just say that if you are in the process of trying to decide where to take your vehicle, you can stop your search right now and just drop it off at their shop. I realize this might sound like a "paid advertisement", but Jeff and his shop not only went above and beyond to bring my truck up to "selling" shape, but did it with professionalism and UNDER the estimate - which was already reasonable! Bottom line - I will always take my cars/trucks to RJ's when damaged whether I am paying for it or it is under an insurance claim. In fact, I have already had him look at another one of my cars which I will take by to have them fix once I sell the truck. The staff was excellent, great customer service which I say every time is so rare. Melanie greeted me as soon as I came in the door and Jeff the manager came out right away to assist. When I went to pick up my car, Jeff reviewed the repaired area with me and also took the time to make sure my window was tinted so my car would still look how it did before the accident. Completely satisfied with the quality and effort that was put into getting my car completed. After hearing about some of the hiccups we had, Jeff (the owner) reached out to me immediately, when most companies would have dropped the ball or turned a blind eye. I was able to meet and discuss my concerns with Jeff and he was able to address everything for me. Absolutely service oriented and thrilled with the work that was done on my car. I accidentally smashed my rear passenger door turning into the garage and didn't like the way it looked. Jeff gave me a reasonable estimate and even went so far as to look into getting a used door, saving me over $500. It was easy to get scheduled and the car was ready in the time frame he had promised. Car was exquisitely cleaned and detailed to a level I was not expecting but deeply appreciated. When there was an issue with the locking mechanism, it was easy to get scheduled to come back up and have it adjusted for free. When Jeff wasn't sure it had been all the way fixed, he had me bring the car in for a third time, provided a rental, and ensured the car got a full bill of health within a day. I have been to RJ's for three fairly involved body work repairs on two cars, and their work has always been excellent! They are not always the fastest to complete the job, but their attention to detail and quality work is unsurpassed. Jeff always keeps me informed of the progress and the reasons for any delays that may occur in addition to making sure everything goes smoothly with the insurance. On one occasion, they finished painting the hood on my wife's car, but afterwards there was some minor streaking so they took it back down to the metal and repainted the entire hood! This place really screwed me over. I made an appointment on June 3rd to get my GRINDING brakes done. They told me no days last week would work for them so they scheduled me to come in this past Monday morning the 12th. I called before heading in making sure it was a good time to come and they told me "actually, tomorrow or Wednesday works better." Well I scheduled for Monday morning on purpose didn't I? I work Tuesday and Wednesday morning so had they told me on JUNE 3RD that Tuesday or Wednesday worked better I would have said no and just went elsewhere. They then told me "well you can come in today to see what parts you need then just come in Wednesday for the regular repair." Why would I drive 30 minutes on grinding brakes to get the parts assessed, drive 30 minutes home and then drive ANOTHER 30 minutes on Wednesday to get them fixed when I made my appointment FOR TODAY. Long story short, they've had my brakes grinding for an additional 9 days just to tell me to come another day. I am livid. Because if my brakes give out guess who has to pay for any extra damages? Not RJ's Auto Body. Had I known they would pull this BS I would have gotten it looked at elsewhere, sooner. Now, my new mechanic can't look at my car tomorrow because he has father's day plans and I will be out of town next weekend for a burial so I guess I will be riding the bus for TWO EXTRA WEEKS NOW on top of the one week I've already been riding it because you all wanted to play funny with my appointment on Monday. Someone's brakes grinding should not be taken lightly and NEITHER SHOULD THEIR TIME. I am absolutely furious that an appointment I made 2 weeks prior could just be canceled on the same morning I was supposed to bring it in, essentially leaving me without a car for a whole month and now taking money AND MORE TIME out of my day to take the bus. Had they never made this appointment for a day that doesn't work for them, I could have had my new mechanic fix them last weekend or the weekend before (not have to cancel because it's the weekend of Father's Day). THEN ON TOP OF THAT, I need to be out of my apartment by the end of July and y'all have put me out of home searching FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE OF THIS. I had an appointment to see a house on this coming Monday but literally because of circumstances that happened because of you canceling my appointment, I now have to wait until July 3rd to start looking again. You all have no idea how canceling this one appointment has affected my life. I need my car and do not just have all the time in the world or the money to have it looked at. I will never come in here and will never recommend you all because of this. Be more considerate of other people's time and circumstances in the future. read more

I was so impressed with the people at this shop from the start and gladly came down to see them to get a side view mirror on my car that was broken replaced. Well, Jeff the owner took me into his office and we went through all of the mirrors on the computer and finally figured out which mirror it was. Got it ordered and came back the next day and he put it on. The price was only $120 installed. I got another quote and they wanted over $200 from the dealer and another body shop. Jeff and his crew at RJ's Auto Body Plus were amazing to work with. It truly is hard to find this caliber of service these days. Jeff met me early in the morning to receive the vehicle and return the vehicle. As a small business owner, getting to the job site on time is crucial. Therefore, this little extra went a long way in my book. Jeff and his team went out of their way to save money on the repairs. Jeff showed me the different options on replacement parts and gave me his honest opinion on each one of them. After deciding, he made no attempt to convince me otherwise, he just ordered the parts and got to work. After disassembling the front end, Jeff decided that the brackets would need to be replaced or worked on. Instead of just purchasing four new brackets ($100/bracket), Jeff had his crew work on straightening the brackets (their only purpose being to hold the bumper on). This not only saved me a lot of money, but because of RJ's Written Warranty on all repairs, my mind is at ease with the workmanship on the brackets. RJ's actually received the vehicle and finished the repairs in one day. However, because of personal time restraints, I was doubtful of being able to pick up the vehicle before the shop closed. Jeff actually offered to stay late to meet me (mind you, this was after meeting me early that morning to receive the vehicle). I declined Jeff's offer on the basis of overstaying my welcome. Instead, Jeff met me, again early the next morning, to return the vehicle. I would refer Jeff and RJ's Auto Body Plus to anyone I know. My first impression of the shop was awesome! Very inviting and clean...Melanie greeted me at the front desk and could not have been more friendly. Jeff (the owner) came out to meet me and they got going on my car...he checked in with me regularly with updates and, shockingly, my car didn't need nearly the work done that Toyota had suggested. Frank, the head mechanic, also updated me on my repair work. Back to Melanie, I was probably there 4-5 hours, the phone rang non-stop, customers coming and going plus her day to day workload and she never lost her friendliness and joy for the job. RJ's Auto Body Plus is a top body shop in metro ATL. Unfortunately my Camry was in 2 wrecks within 4 months (great luck) and both times I took it here. The first time my car was involved in a front end collision and I had the car back within 10 days of bringing it in. The owner, Jeff, is a great guy and will work with you in terms of speed of service, quality,and his prices are among the best around. My 13 year old Camry looks literally as good as the car was in 2003 when it was new. In fact the paint looks even better than off the lot. I can't say enough about to quality of service and staff at this location. Going forward (hopefully not for a long time) it will be the only shop I take a car to. read more
