The technician made some recommendations and secured the window for me until I can get to my mechanic to have a new regulator installed. The technician was very helpful and professional. Richard the owner was also very professional and helpful. Windshield Rehab is now my go to place for anything having to do with auto glass repair. They are also very very reasonable.
