The one that said he would consider the job was less than enthusiastic and was hard to pin down as to cost and scheduling. I also needed window screens replaced throughout the house. No one was interested. Then, after much searching, I found the number for Toribio Glass. My phone message was returned within a half hour. Jose Toribio scheduled an appointment to look at the situation and arrived exactly when he said he would. He provided a scope of work and a very fair price to complete all of the work. He replaced the window and all but one of the screens (perfectly) on the exact day and exact time that he said he would. He was not satisfied with one of the screens and sent a crew two days later to install the last screen (again perfectly). The members of the crew were incredibly attentive and careful about how they came through the house to get to the window (it was raining). Jose came out one more time on his own request to inspect the work and to replace a couple of snap window locks that he had noticed needed replacement. I have worked with many contractors during my 77 years on this planet and I have never been more impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness of any contractor, ever, as I have been with Toribio Glass.
