He made my dreams come true by installing the most gorgeous hardwood floor I could imagine. Once I realized that quarantine isn't ending anytime soon, I decided to use all of the money that I am no longer spending at bars to turn my awkward, carpeted dining room (which I didn't actually use) into a dreamy yoga space. I had a vision for what I wanted, but I didn't know where to start when selecting the specific wood and stain. Leo walked me through the various types of wood and offered insight into which one would go best with the character of the house. When I asked Leo to bring over stain samples, he didn't just bring over pieces of wood- he sanded a portion of the laid floor and applied five different stains so that I could figure out which one matched my vision (and the walls). This was above and beyond, but it was what I needed to figure out the perfect light stain for the room. Throughout the process, I appreciated Leo's communication and professionalism. We changed our approach to our flooring requirements a few times and they were easy with our changes, helpful with offering options, and quick to turn a new estimate for their proposed. I just felt comfortable that enough was understood, I expected no surprises and there weren't any. The crew showed up at 8:30 in the morning, removed carpeting, moved furniture, laid the flooring and did some extra work for us,,,,and they wrapped it all up by 4:30 the same day. No muss, no fuss. Great work, hard workers, easy to trust each of them in our home, fully cleaned up when they left.
