Not only was it not done by code, but it eventually started to fail, as the soil was never tested properly. Causing them to have an astronomical amount of fixing that needs to be completed. (Well over $12,000 to repair just the foundation area), not including the cost to move the building and then move it back, it also started causing issues due to its sliding against their drain field, causing more damage... In the meantime they took him to court, as he has ignored all of it constantly and has not responded to anything they've requested and is avoiding what is owed to them. They did win in court, and are now stuck, as he will not do the right thing...just pay them what you owe and do the right thing. This is NOT how to conduct business.
