Quoted me $700 for work,…read moreincluded a hose replacement for an oil leak, oil and fluid change, he replaced my front and rear brakes. The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

I have known the folks at Exoticars for many years and have great respect for their work. A story to make my point... I stopped in the shop yesterday, in a Toyota, not my Porsche. Wil, the shop owner, saw a scratch on my new vehicle's paint and, without being asked, went inside, got sand paper, a bucket and some polishing compounds. I watched in amazement as he made the scratch disappear. The charge? A smile and a thank you. If you own an exotic car and want to entrust it to a shop where the owner is watching over your pride and joy, I recommend you give these folks a shot. Routine maintenance (my experience) is done to factory specs. More extensive work like restoration, they have the people to do it right. Recommended without hesitation.

On June 12, 2014, I had the oil changed in the vehicle by Exotic Cars. At that time the vehicle…read morewas in perfect working order and the oil change was routine maintenance for the vehicle. There is no dispute that during the oil change Exotic Cars broke my drain plug in the vehicle's engine, drilled out the broken drain plug, and replaced it with an aftermarket plug. Exotic Cars then negligently installed an incorrect aftermarket drain plug that utilized a brass washer, which subsequently failed on or about September 8, 2014 and caused all the oil to leak from the motor, which damaged my vehicle's engine. On or about September 8, 2014, I was driving the vehicle when the vehicle began operating erratically and the engine began making unidentifiable sounds. I immediately pulled the vehicle to the side of the road and had it towed to Unique Automotive in Allentown, PA. At that time the underside of the engine was covered with oil from where it had leaked out and there was no oil remaining in the engine. I contacted Exotic Cars and they requested the vehicle be brought to their location in Milford, NJ for inspection. On September 10, 2014, I had the vehicle towed from Unique Automotive to Exotic Cars. The engine failed due to lack of oil which resulted from Exotic Car's negligent installation of the incorrect drain plug on the vehicle's engine. Exotic Cars then quoted me a cost $7500 to further inspect the engine, which was denied. Exotic Cars and destroyed my lamborghini and the one person who bears no responsibility whatsoever is me I have worked very hard for my car and taken great care of it. For Exotic Cars to claim they have liability whatsoever and to deny the claim is unquestionably in bad faith and a terrible way to run a business. Since on or about September 8, 2014 I when I experienced the initial engine failure I have had no use of the car. Not only do I hold Exotic Cars liable for the damage to the vehicle, but also for the ongoing costs that that is incurring including monthly car payments of $1,650, insurance of $525 and monthly parking charges of $330. I intend to recover all of these costs in a lawsuit against Exotic cars. It has been 8 months and Lastly, Exotic cars ' so-called insurance "investigation" never contacted Me for an interview, nor contacted me to arrange for such interview. I cooperated fully with regard to this claim and has been extremely patient without the use of MY vehicle since September, 2014. MY patience has reached its end. ANYONE THAT IS READING THIS PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET FIXED OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE AT EXOTIC CARS THEY TREAT YOUR CAR LIKE IT'S ON A ASSEMBLY LINE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR IT OR YOU!

I brought my 69' triumph to classic cycles to have it completely overhauled. The motor was done, paint, fabrication was needed and I can't say anything but good things about them. Dan kept me updated all throughout the process and Tim his welder did amazing work. From the few negative reviews that I have seen on this page, they seem to be horribly inaccurate. I have not had any problems with my motor and the work they did was just phenomenal! Check them out when you get a chance. One of the few shops that actually works on all the older stuff including Japanese and American motorcycles. Thank you guys again! Will be back read more

Dan just completed work on my wife's Yamaha Virago and my Kawasaki Versys. I could not be more pleased with the service on both bikes. The Virago had been sitting for a few years. Dan sorted it all out and it runs great! And he just completed the service on my 2008 Versys. I had an annoying rattle (started after a repair at another shop) that he found quickly and repaired. I will use him exclusively from now on and have already referred a couple of friends to him. I am so glad we have a shop of this caliber in the area! read more

Yes they may not be able to get to everyone all of the time. But two things at play here. Firstly, they are a family owned business. Two brothers and one wife manage the ENTIRE operation wearing many hats with two mechanics in the back working on Polaris off-road, victory and Indian motorcycles and other vehicles. Secondly, like I said before one of the owners handles the custom bikes besides everything else he does. So time for them is at a premium. Tony M you simply don't appreciate what that dealership is and what they do. On the subject of race your comments are entirely off base, unwarranted and tasteless. A wife of one of the owners is Central American.... I speak Spanish with her! The owners speak another language as their parents are from another country. So please leave the race thing out if it lest you get a lawsuit. Especially today!!! So until you can run a business like a powersports dealership then your criticism (aside from your unwarranted comment on race) is best left ignored. Better yet...... when you are ready to get a motorcycle (most people are tire kickers) go back there and see what they can do for you and they'll have the class to do business with you despite your remarks and excel in such service. They actually care! They care about the product they sell and the service they provide. Most who give a below average rating are people who complain for the sake of complaining. We are members of their rider group, and when I was finally ready to trade in my Sportster for the Dark Horse, Greg once again came through for us in pricing and service. My husband was going to trade in his Roadmaster and worked on some financing, but then fell in love with an ICON on an out of state trip and they were able to beat the price -so guess what? I ended up with the bike he thought he was getting from Rollin Fast since the deal was already in the works. Since then, we've purchased two other bikes privately. Once the Gilroy is running, that will make four bikes in our home and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else for service. What I appreciate most is that Greg and John never make you feel bad about your purchases or for trying to do your own work. They both share their knowledge and help steer you in the best direction. The shop is usually busy, but when we have problems John always calls back within about 24 hours and since they know we ride often, they do their best to keep us on that road. All the techs are friendly and as a woman it's really important to me that they never talk down to me -they all just want to share the love of bikes and keep you safe. Really appreciate Rollin Fast's sales and service.

Anyway I was thrilled with the helmet's performance and was very happy until I noticed the price for the very same item elsewhere. Even on sale at this place it was still some $40-$50 more here than elsewhere. That knowledge really soured the deal and made me feel more than a little cheated. It's a nice place to look, but check the price before you buy.
