After visiting the shop and meeting Mike, I was impressed with his honesty and approach during the sales process. We agreed on a price including any other possible extras, and to his credit, that's exactly what the invoice came to. It took approximately 2-hours and I decided to wait. All along he kept me posted on the progress, and in the end, it came out looking like a factory install! Nothing was out of place, the wires were hidden properly and everything worked as it should. In this day and age of ordering "online", it's rare to find a local business (especially in his line of work since so many closed beyond the pandemic) who does exactly as they promise. Mike is a stand-up guy, and his work is top-notch. From a pricing perspective, you could find "cheaper", but in the end, if you want something done right, you get what you pay for. I later learned the services performed appear to have corresponded to an A76 service, not the A16 service my vehicle displayed and I specifically requested. At no point did anyone call me to explain that they were changing the recommended services or why a brake fluid service was being performed instead of a tire rotation. Even more frustrating, my receipt still reflected the A16 service I originally requested, making it difficult to realize there was a discrepancy until I reviewed the itemized work afterward. When I brought my concerns about the brake flush instead of the tire rotation to their attention, I was told the issue was my "confusion" and that I should have questioned the estimate sooner. Clear communication about what service is being performed-and why it differs from the service requested should be the responsibility of the repair facility, not something the customer is expected to discover after the fact. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop unless you are already certain exactly what your vehicle needs, understand the services being recommended, and are familiar with the typical labor times associated with the work. I expect a repair facility to provide that expertise and communicate it clearly to customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Separately

The adjuster was very elusive on the schedule of service, but John and Ryan made it a point to be honest and upfront with me so that I could plan accordingly. They also make your experience very positive. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place. They not only do auto body repairs, but car maintenance as well. Plus, they are nice people to work with, courtesy and honest. I highly recommend their shop.

I needed some custom work on my Jeep, and, Hurreys was recommended by the Jeep club…read more I then found out WHY they are so recommended... the work was flawless! Not only did they install a snorkel, they smoke tested it and made sure it was sealed. Not only did they weld sliders and a bumper, but the welds were works of art...and a lot of thought went into the depth and angles to get over rocks, the smoothingnof transitions and fit/finish, etc. They even cleaned up the frame rust and sealed it "because it bothered them to leave it like that", as in, for free, because it meant the end result was better. They installed a full set of skidplates, and also checked the articulation, extended breathers and other lines, repaired cracked fittings and other things "while they were under there" They installed both forward and rear spotting cameras, replaced the heater core, etc. A LOT of work... with updates as they went. Dan is a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Hurreys enough, they are AMAZING!
