He pulled one over on me because I was desperate to get the bike fixed and it was my only means of transportation at the time. He put his mechanic on the phone with me to try and convince me to send him the my signature and I stupidly sent it and once they got what they wanted outta me, they stopped pretending to want to help me with the issues with the bike. Their warranty is SHIT!! They wouldn't help me either. Don't Buy from them!! I wasn't the only one they screwed over. They've done this to many people! Don't trust them!! Mike responded to me on yelp claiming that I never purchased from them and that my claims are fake and false yet I have the paperwork right here! I had that bike for only a month before it broke down. I took it to power sports east service center in bear Delaware and they told me that the bike had so many issues that they refuse to work on it and to get rid of it. I explained to power sports in bear what mike sold me and what they did to me and even they said they screwed me. Specially when ambler put their mechanic on the phone with me to convince me to give them the paper I signed "sold as is". I was the ONLY one with the copy of that paper at the time and mike didn't have the copy. So he got his mechanic to convince me to give them my copy and after I stupidly sent it to them, they wanted NOTHING to do with me afterward!! Refused to answer phone calls, gave me the run around and their warranty was crap just like them!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

When money was not so tight I stopped off to buy a new helmet from a very good looking one marked on sale. They were very good about it and made sure I under stood it but as I was signing the recipe said that once the helmet left the shop it could not be returned. Which seemed a little odd. Anyway I was thrilled with the helmet's performance and was very happy until I noticed the price for the very same item elsewhere. Even on sale at this place it was still some $40-$50 more here than elsewhere. That knowledge really soured the deal and made me feel more than a little cheated. It's a nice place to look, but check the price before you buy.

Driving home on the spare was impossible, nor did we want to miss our big family event. Mike and the excellent crew at Auto Express quickly accessed the problem, ordered parts (due to a lug nut issue), repaired the tire and installed it. We arrived at the reunion on-time. Our return trip to Virginia was care-free due to the wonderful people at Auto Express.
