service was good and they make you feel very comfortable. however, I bought my first used bike here thinking I was going to be paying what the bike was listed for online. ended up paying 4k more than what I expected. On top of that got a terrible APR. No pricing was explained to me when filling the paperwork out. Feel like I was taken advantage of. I was looking to trade-in my bike and buy a bigger one around Thanksgiving of 2022. Samantha (Sam) was welcoming, patient, knowledgable and very accomodating. Took a couple of bikes out for test rides. Talked to the folks in service/parts/merchandise and found they were all great to work with. Negotiated a bit with sales manager and GM. Left with a fair deal (which is all anybody should be looking for) on my trade and my purchase. Have nothing to say but good things about this dealership. Please do yourself a favor and choose another Harley dealership. The entire Hannums Brand is going to cause you more problems that you could think of. They have turned an enjoyable hobby into a headache beyond words and have made our 2017 street glide untrustworthy because their service department is incompetent. If we can't trust that our bike will start how are we supposed to be able to enjoy going out on it. We have dealt with the owners directly who continue to add more problems and more and more issues to the motorcycle with each time they try to fix the previous problems they have caused. read more

Service, and Part's are great! After you buy your bike there, no one in sales knows you anymore, with the exception of Greg. Greg it always reaching out to say hello! For lisa I gotta say screwing future buyers over is not good for you, because Hannum's will never sell us another bike again. Because of my experience with you, I will no longer be buying anymore bikes from Hannum's of sellersville, or parts ,or using service. Even though the guys are great! I requested Greg but got lisa instead! I give Greg 5 stars as well as the service, and parts department ! Lisa Cain lies a little to much, never returns calls! Had to get the BBB involved. Hannum's Harley Davidson is dishonest! Don't trust them! I've been dealing with Hannum's for 3 years, have bought 3 bikes from them. This last bike that I bought was a Street Glide Special, trading in my Sportster. Transaction went fine, very smooth. That is until now!! Purchased bike on April 14th and now its June 12th, with multiple calls to Hannums, to Lisa our sales person regarding check that is owed to us for canceling extended warranty. I have contacted corporate ( Harley Davidson), they were unable to help me because extended warranty is handled by CNA. So, I called CNA and they were very helpful telling me that extended warranty was canceled on May 21st and check was mailed to Hannums in Sellersville,pa on May 24th. I explained to them I havent received the check yet and they weren't surprised. So, again today I called Hannums asking for Lisa and said she would call back in 20 minutes. It's now been 5 hrs and no call, as to all the other calls that weren't returned. read more

JP took great care of us over the phone we drove from over an hour away, before coming he took the time to send us videos of the bikes we were interested in and gave us all the information on them. Upon arrival to the dealership we were greeted by JP, he brought the motorcycle right outside for us to hear, see, test ride if we wanted and introduced us to our Salesman Bruce. Bruce took amazing care of us throughout the process he took his time each step of the way making sure we knew everything we needed to and continued to make sure that we were comfortable with it all. Bruce was so honest and helpful really making buying a motorcycle such a nice process. Brad in finance was beyond excellent as well helping us finish the process he broke down all the numbers for us giving us tons of options for warranty's and monthly payments making sure we were nothing short of happy. We got there late in the day after 5pm and took our new motorcycle home that same night around 7pm and although they close at 7pm everyone there did not rush a single second of our process. Bruce and JP even stuck around to show me all the ins and outs of the bike. I honestly would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience buying a motorcycle! Made the 2 hour trip form NYC to look at a 2010 Super Glide. The whole team was fantastic. Knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our first Harley from them in 2015. Gregg was great and very helpful and made the buying process very easy. Every time we stop in and he is there, he remember us and always talks to us. I have to say out of all the Harley dealers we have been to in the surrounding 100 mile radius, Hannums in Sellersville is by far the best one. I will never go here again. The people do not know what they are doing. I dropped my Heritage Softail off on a Monday to get the fork lock replaced. I was told they would be looking at it on Thursday or Friday since they were short a tech. I said that was fine. The following Monday afternoon I called for an update and was told they would be looking at it on Thursday or Friday since they were down a tech. I informed them that's what I was told last Monday. They apologized and hung up. Friday again passed without a word from the dealer. On Monday morning I received a call saying they were getting ready to work on the bike and gave me an estimate, ( I already had an estimate from my original conversation with them). I said fine and go ahead. Late in the day Monday I received another call from them saying the cost is going to more than double from my earlier quote that morning!!!! I asked why and was told that I have driving lights and a factory radio and it's going to take a lot more time. I was flabbergasted. I asked why they didn't know that this morning or for the last two weeks for that matter. I did not get an answer. At that point I told them to not touch my bike. I went and got it while explaining my position to the person helping me. They had no answer as to why. I am mad on multiple levels, 1) How can you schedule an appointment and be so far off on your time estimate? I understand its springtime and everybody wants work done. If that's the case say it will be two weeks until we can look at it!! I would have kept it. 2) How do you give an estimate without looking at the bike? I can see a ballpark quote over the phone until you inspect the vehicle but when you had the bike for over two weeks?? Not acceptable. I own an auto repair shop and if I ran my shop like this I would be closed long ago. I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

So 13 months ago I walked in thinking I want a Harley, suffering sticker shock, and a dose of common since I bailed on the idea of my first bike being a Harley. Fast forward to two weeks prior to my purchase (Had a year of popping in and Michelle answering questions and gently encouraging me to keep looking.) I took a look at a new Road King and quickly found it was still sticker shock zone for me and set my eyes on some used bikes. Well I walked in after a failed negotiation at another dealer and they had a 2014 RK sitting pretty on the floor, I explained to Michelle and Justin that the last two weeks have been busy negotiating and I still do not have a bike. I wanted some expensive extras (tour pack, 5 years ESP and stuff) and Justin asked what I was looking at this road king for, and about the extras I wanted. I gave him a number I wanted to be below, Michelle offered me to take it for a test ride, Justin said he was going to work the numbers and see what he could do. He did make the numbers work in a big way, we had a deal! Ever since I have bought a few things, nothing to expensive but I am always made to feel like a valued customer by the service team of Preston, Brian who have probably advised me to spend half of where I was thinking and getting value for my dollar, and even when a question has nothing to do with making a sale they are quick to help or point me in the right direction.
