Good shop, always been helpful and cool to deal with. No issues with warranty work. Decent size showroom. Pool room to wait in for service.

On my way to Billy Joe Shaver at Sellersville Theatre, stop by and was suprised to be a change in ownership - but, all where very nice folks! If I lived in the area, I would definitely check them out.. Large selection of bikes, all sizes and styles available - more importantly, good people, which I Believe is important. I will return.

Quoted me $700 for work,…read moreincluded a hose replacement for an oil leak, oil and fluid change, he replaced my front and rear brakes. The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

Straight forward and provides customers with everything they need to get more information on their inventory. What comes as a red flag is their reaction when I decided to not go through with the purchase of a bike. At the end of the day, It was more out of budget than I wanted and I wanted to avoid making an emotional purchase for what was indeed a pristine vehicle (although sight unseen). I asked if I could have my deposit back. John was busy with a customer, however another employee started to defend how they should actually keep my deposit of $500, a deposit where I was NOT told was not refundable, had NOT signed any paperwork, nor even gave a word of commitment that I would be actually making a purchase of the vehicle. I understand the work to make a sale, but thinking about it, should this not be standard work to make a sale? It is especially not $500 dollars worth of labor, in the words of the employee that berated me for backing out and walking away from the expensive bike. He claimed that they spent time taking the bike off of listing (which I confirmed, day of, that they did not), taking pictures and sending me videos (which is still not $500 worth of labor). He basically used some backwards Mob method of bullying me, saying that "I should take this as a lesson" and proceeded to act like they were entitled to my $500. This really made me uncomfortable, and although I can very much call a chargeback on them, I just want to warn everyone of this dealership and business. They make assumptions about you for being hesitant on making a purchase, like as if you have no money... what a sad way to treat people. People, stay away from this store. Sure they have nice bikes from time to time, but they should not be treating people this way.

I told them the bike I was inquiring on, they ask which one and just ignored my questions and wanted to talk financing right off the rip. Red flag number 1. Bike was already priced over market. Then It finally comes out the bikes sitting on 6 year old tires, but that's okay because they look "good" to them. If I want them to change the tires I can pay $799. No thanks. A sucker is born everyday, but not today. They clearly care more about profits then safety and if that's their attitude when it comes to that.. God knows what other crap they hiding and pulling on people. Buyer Beware. Then the goofball has the nerve to gaslight and shame me in response to my Google review.
