I used them to print some funeral memorial booklet for a relatives funeral. I bought and downloaded a design from Etsy and was going to try and print them at home, but was running behind trying to take care of other funeral plans. I was able to send them the design late in the day (5:30p) and was hoping I could have them to bring to the funeral home the following afternoon. Wayne the owner had them ready around 8:30a the next day. They came out beautiful, and much better than the card stock I was going to use with my home. Printer. Even the funeral director mentioned how nice they looked and asked me who printed them. I just met Wayne for the first time picking up my order so I hope he does not mind me sharing this. Worst customer service experience ever. James, one of the managers, came off with a very disruptive…read moretone and insulted myself as well as my peers when attempting to solve solutions to the order. He even asked if I "could read" when going through the catalog. James obviously cannot stay level in his position and does a terrible job of controlling his emotions. The other manager was very cooperative (didn't get a name) and understanding of the situation. She is working on the solution and kept a level head. However, I would not recommend them and to go anywhere else but cotton cargo.
