A year…read moreago for my wedding, I contacted the owner at Hair on Wheels ( I believe her name was Vicki) to book her and her staff for my wedding party. At first she seemed pleasant to work with but as we talked about setting up time for me to meet with her for a hair up do trail before the wedding day, she changed immediately and refused my business stating that the days I requested for the hair trail conflicted with her son's graduation weekend. Instead of calling me like a professional should have, the owner emailed me and told me she can not provide business to me and my bridal party and that I should go with someone else. Wow, really?! I've never heard of any business owner refusing business to a customer. It would have been nice to inform me the days I chose was not feasible and have me choose a different day. It was so appalling to me, I've never had anyone turn their back on a customer willing to pay. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend this business to any of my girlfriends or brides to be. Very poor customer service and I'm not even sure her work was up to par with what I wanted for myself and my bridal party. I'm really selective with hair up dos and I'm glad I took my business to a real, true professional who worked diligently to make me and my bridal party beautiful on my wedding day.
