Her nail art is incredible, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Whether it's something fun, seasonal, trendy, or completely off-the-wall, she brings it to life every single time. I have honestly loved every set she's ever done for me. What impresses me even more is how well her work holds up. My gel manicures easily last more than four weeks without a scratch, chip, or issue. The only reason I come in more often than that is because I can't wait to see what creative design she'll come up with next! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I needed a last-minute pedicure on a Friday. They were able to get me in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I'm sad I didn't take pictures for a full review, but I was kind of in a rush, but I was actually pleasantly surprised with this establishment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was super friendly, very clean, spoke really good English, and the service was quite nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offered a very light massage after my pedicure and were accommodating to my timeframe. They have a selection of pedicures ranging from $40 up to $80. I chose a $60 pedicure but I ended up getting gel and a design on my toes which brought my total to $80 something before a tip and tax. While, I enjoyed the service and would recommend them, I did think it was a little bit pricey compared to pedicures even in Denver. I expected to pay about $80 in total with tip and tax and paying $103 seems like a bit much for me. In the end, I would rate them a four out of five. Had their prices has been a little bit more affordable, I would have make this a go to nail spot. read more

They hand you a menu and ask you what you want, I chose the classic pedicure and I could tell she wasn't happy with my choice. She rushed through the pedicure and I brought my own polish for them to use. After my toes were dry she asked for payment. I had looked on line and I saw that the classic pedicure was $40 so I brought $50 cash. She told me it was $45 and I said I thought it was $40 and she said it was $5 to paint my nails!! So I just gave her the $50 and told her to keep it, she said $5 dollars more!! (She wanted a $10 tip!!!) I said no and left! I will never go back!! read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience at this nail salon in Longmont, I have no choice. I chose their classic pedicure price at $45. Within 17 minutes she was already done with everything and getting ready to apply my color. This literally should've been called the express pedicure. Everything was done so quickly and incredibly sloppy. When it came to the filing, she only filed the toes on 1 foot and skipped the other foot. When it came to the scraping of the dead skin that lasted maybe four seconds no joke, there was hardly any effort put into this at all. When it came to the massage she massaged only 1 foot and completely skipped massaging the other foot. But wait, there's more the amount of mistakes when applying the polish was off the charts constantly correcting with the alcohol remover. I still have spots of nail polish on my foot as of right now. I have had over 100 pedicures in my life and by far this was the worst one I've ever experienced. I wish I would've spoken up. I did not want to be confrontational and cause a scene, but I highly recommend NOT going to this salon. Super disappointing. This was literally not worth $45 dollars at all. Came her for a pedicure and staff and service were outstanding! The warmly greet you upon entering and the entire experience is delightful. Additionally, they actually time the massage if you get that as part of your pedicure so you actually get the exact amount of massage it shows on the menu. I've been going here for years. I am a summer mani/pedi person and kind let things go after sandal season is over. Typically, I enjoy my time there but today was different. I was a walk in and glad they could take me. Apparently, though, they had appointments coming in soon so they rushed the work with me. They started my manicure while I was still getting the pedicure chair. I literally had to twist my body around to give him my hand and hold my feet still at the same time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked why we weren't I wasn't getting my manicure at the manicure station, he said "Why do you have a problem with this?" Ah, yes, because I came here to relax a little and this is uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He seemed perturbed but said I could have the rest of my nails done at the nail station as if he was doing me a favor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once at the nail station, the manicurist was rushing so much she cut my cuticles three times so bad that I was bleeding. Now my cuticles are bright red, tender and looking infected. I've been soaking my fingers in alcohol to stave off any further problems. JH Nails if you don't have time to take walk-ins and do a good job, then don't take people. Too bad, I live in the neighbor and been a summer customer for years. I won't be back. read more

I came in for a walk-in appointment for a gel mani and pedi on a weekday and I was the only one in. My only complaint would be that it felt a little rushed, but I did not have a problem with it. My manicure turned out very nice and I am very happy with it. I had done some research and JH had the highest rating in the area. I got a gel manicure with chrome and within a day the chrome was coming off. Less than a week, the gel started chipping and peeling. I'm pretty disappointed considering the chrome was an extra $10 on top of the $40 for the gel manicure. The people were really nice and the place seemed clean. I'm not sure I'll go back. Update: After JH responded to my review, I called them to make an appointment to get my gel manicure fixed. They got me in the same day. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the service and the way they take care of their customers!! I'm happy to give them 5 stars for sticking to their word. read more

Clean, pleasant, relaxing! A great " spa day with the girls" an ummmm my Dad? Yes, Dad came along as well as my sisters husband! We three girls really had a great time though. The guys got a spa pedicure and us girls had a "personal mani-pedi party" of our own. It was fortunate that they had enough salon technicians to accommodate us all! We all got our favorite coffees at the next-door Starbucks ahead of time and chatted away looking at Black Friday deals... hah. The guys watched football on their phones together. Then, waiting for us, they fell asleep on the nice couch in front. (I should have taken a photo). The technicians were very respectful and pleasant that I've decided to make a mani-pedi appointment at least once a month and if I could afford it, I'd go weekly, honestly. All around, I had a highly satisfying time and so did everyone in our group/family! I find this establishment to be affordable yet classy compared to other, disorganized, dirt feeling and noisy salons, and it's nice that I don't have deal with going to my hair salon. The atmosphere at JH is calming, quiet (despite my family and friend talking a bit), and today we were treated to mellow, symphonic Christmas music playing almost subliminally in the background. It's nice to have a comfortable nail polish drying "bar" for your fingers and your toes after your service... with no rush.
