However, the trial felt rushed and in person feedback and requests were not received graciously. The requests for the hair and make up changes were taken into consideration the day of the wedding but not fully accommodated. My hair and make up ended being pretty but not exactly what I wanted. While everything ran according to schedule the day of the wedding, Kim-Angel was very eager to pack up and leave as quickly as possible and the overall customer service experience was poor. The end result of their services were pretty but do not expect good customer service.

I called Paradise and explained the problem. They then made me an appointment for 6-21 to have them redo my botched up nails. Mary did a fantastic job and they were done at no charge. Ken and Mary, both have great customer service. Michelle no longer works there. I also had a pedicure with Michael who also did a great job. My first experience was terrible but the salon definitely made up for that today. I'll definitely go back. read more

A very pleasant salon. Relaxing music and naturescape style TV that is muted. Quite possibly the best pedicure I have ever had. It lasted eight weeks without chipping. This was just normal nail polish, not gel or acrylic. Highly recommend. A choice of beverage was offered on arrival as well. Very nice touch. read more
