My wife and I were looking for an agent to help us sell our two rental properties. I found Peter…read moreAbdelmesseh on the internet and he happened to be the first agent I called. I'm usually very thorough and like to do my research, call multiple people, before I make any decision or commit to anyone. However after speaking to Peter over the phone, I knew I found the right person. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He worked around our schedules and agreed to sit down and meet with us on a Sunday afternoon. He spent a good amount of time to go over the entire process with us and laid out all the expectations. We ended up signing up with him and were extremely glad we did. Peter was an absolute God send. During the listing process, we came across so many challenges, trying to juggle selling 2 properties at once. I'll spare the details, but most of the headache had to do with working with the tenants, who weren't always cooperative. Peter was always patient and extremely responsive the entire time. Anytime an issue came up, he always stayed on top of it and made sure it got addressed. He thinks outside of the box and goes above and beyond to come up with ideas on how to handle the stumbling blocks when they arose (and trust me there were plenty!). He always answered all my texts or called me back promptly when ever a question or concern came up. When the offers came in, he took the time to explain each and every offer to us in detail so we could weigh our options and make the decision that was best for us. For sure, Peter made us feel like we were his only clients, like we were his entire focus. Of course, he had other clients, but he made us feel like we were his top priority. He is a go-getter, and will work tirelessly for you. I know I've used every clichés in the book to describe him, but all of them apply and all are absolutely warranted. Out of a 5 star rating, I would give him a 10! I hope I will never have to buy or sell any property again, but if I do, Peter would without a doubt be my man. I would refer him to all my family and friends, because I know he will give them the same outstanding service. Thank you Peter and your team for a job excellent well done!

I have been long holding off on this review for a long time now thinking about how I wanted to…read moreexpress my thoughts. Now, on the verge of my house selling, I am finally to put 'pen to paper.' I met Tyir in July. The original person I had spoked to was Ryan. When we decided to see some homes in Menifee before listing my home, it was Tyir that ended up meeting us there. After speaking with him then, we decided to move forward with Tyir to list our home. When we were speaking, he gave us the notion that the house would be ok being listed at 780K. He scheduled the photos and all he told us to do was to clear up the clutter. The photographer came and pictures were taken. When we signed our agreement, he also told us he would use social media outlets to promote my home. I looked on Instagram and Facebook and didnt see it happen. I left it alone and hoped for the best. Weeks go by and we barely get any traffic. We had an open home and 2 people showed up. 1 was a prospective buyer and the other was our neighbor. Not even 2 weeks later after the complete lack of viewings, we drop the price to $750k. We get very few request for viewers, but we did end up getting one offer. It was for 25K less and we were able to negotiate up to 730. However, the buyer backed out not even 3 days later. Days go by and we still have little traffic. I once again checked social media outlets to see how my home was getting promoted and nothing. I decided to give them one last chance and drop the price again. We hold an open house after the price drop and we get ONE viewing. One. Here is where things fell apart for me. Ahead of this open house, my wife and I decided to take the initiative to arrange our home even more. We even decided to add ceiling fans to the loft and to the master as well as pendant lights in the kitchen and a light fixture in the living room. We did not have these things prior. We asked, multiple times, for Tyir as well as his partner Ryan to please come and take new pictures and to adjust the listing to include these things. We were told the morning of the open house that they would come in the afternoon to do this for us so that we might be able to get more traffic. The day ends and no one shows up. I was incredibly upset. But more than that, I was incredibly disappointed. He was aware of how tight our schedule was and the lack of a follow through on this was a huge letdown. The very next day I decided to look for a new agent to get my home sold. She told us how poor the pictures were and she could see why the home didnt get traffic. Not to mention the market conditions had shifted. How I wish we received more honesty and maybe we could have taken better pictures the first time we listed. I feel like we lost out on so much money because of the time we lost. No social media presence, no follow through on anything. It was so incredibly disappointing. Our first open home with our new agent got us more views and traffic than we did with Tyir in a month and a half. When I reflected on the cancelation, the urgency and proactiveness was simply not there. And it really makes me upset just thinking about. I could go on and on about this and I kept all text messages on my phone. And I still read it just to see how much fell apart. I feel like we have left so much money on the table as a result of this. I wish I switched agents sooner than I did. I had a feeling I should have but I decided to give them another chance. How I wish I can that it back. I am not even going to touch on the purchase credit he will be receiving as we actually went to the home we ended up purchasing without him first and they came after the fact. And I can attest that the purchase price ended up getting was due in large part to us negotiating it the day we signed the purchase agreement. We were at the office from 3PM to 5PM
