Needed a vehicle for a 2 day trip, Starting Sunday and Monday, returning the vehicle Tuesday the 18th of Feb. 2025. Went to rental and asked for a Large SUV for Sunday the 16th. They told me the had no Large SUV, just a large Ford Expedition and they were closed on Sunday, so I needed to get the vehicle by 3PM on Saturday. I picked up the SUV just before 2 PM. They took my credit card # for a hold on the Vehicle, but NEVER told me there would be an additional $40 per day on this SUV, because it was XL and not Large. Also they never told me they would charge me for Saturday, even though I didn't need the vehicle until Sunday, because they were closed on SUNDAY! I just wanted to say there was very poor communication on the part of the Rental, not informing me of these additional charges. If I had been aware of the Saturday charge, I would have picked up the vehicle on Saturday Morning and used it for the day. This is not the first time I have rented from Classic, but the first for an uninformed experience. read more

Great experience, walked me through all the steps needed. Better prices than the National companies. Only thing is I wish they had more LARGE SUV'S, being a family of very tall people it is greatly appreciated. Maybe if you order farther ahead, we were pressed for a long ride for family funeral. read more

Would highly recommend classic rent a car. Received excellent service from Chris Boldan. Did not realize he is general manager until I requested to see the manager to tell him about the great service from Chris, how embarrassing! They provided a great car, very clean inside and out, and good comfortable size. Hated to have to return it. He was very understanding regarding my inability to provide return date. My car was in to be repaired, and one thing led to another. A week was extented to extra days. Would always return there and recommend! read more
