Let me tell you about Red Sparrow…read more The first time we used them was a ride to my father's surprise 60th birthday party. The driver showed up 45 MINUTES late and it nearly ruined our carefully-timed arrival at the surprise party. The second time we used them (DUMB, JULIA. So. Dumb.) -- they drove us to a wedding. I agreed upon the return pick-up time as 12:30am about a week in advance. The dispatch had the order. Then, the driver and I agreed verbally when he dropped us off. "See you at 12:30a.m." Welp. 12:30 a.m. came and went. I had the driver's cell number. He said "You called and said to come get you at midnight. I was there and you weren't." Umm... NO I DIDN'T. Then I called dispatch - which provided little to no help. We eventually had to call a cab to come get us an hour away from home. UNACCEPTABLE. Truly I have never in my life received such terrible customer service. Your job is to drive people and pick them up. THAT'S ALL YOUR COMPANY DOES. And you cannot even do that successfully. Fail. Epic fail.

We searched and searched for a restaurant and once we found one........ ... their UBER EATS SYSTEM was DOWN!!!! (But we CAN order PICK UP) (remember, my friend and I who want to do this are THOUSANDS OF MILES away) More frantic calling around....this time to find a delivery driver... All taxi companies in the area would put us either on 'forever hold' or hang up or ask us to call back later...well, we had to pull the trigger on ordering the food as PICK UP ONLY already, as time had run out..so we knew we had HOT FOOD sitting there READY TO GO and NOBODY to deliver it!! That's when we found Honest and Reliable. Michael called us back and was still rightfully uncertain about this fare, as the people he was talking to were in 3 different states all with different numbers... but after a quick confirmation and a payment, he quickly delivered the meals to this family who were about to have a hum-drum soup and sandwiches type Thanksgiving Dinner. Michael even called us after the delivery to be sure everything was all right with it. This is unheard of. A+ on the communications! Michael and Honest and Reliable have not only been true to their name, but true to the 5 star rating they have and will continue to have. When you find someone that is customer caring and service minded, you need to hold on to them, as this is a RARE QUALITY these days. I don't know why you got all the way to the bottom of this review... you should have called Honest and Reliable already!!! And remember.... Tipping is not a city in China.

We were specifically told by a company driver "meet right in front of the bail bonding office" at 11:00 and we would have another driver pick us up, and they would have us back by 1130; however, the driver had went to take another client somewhere as well as no one came to pick us up. He ended up telling us he could not get us until 1:30 then proceeded to not respond the rest of the evening. We had no ride home. We had called the owner the next day. Rather than working with us to resolve the issue, he explained he was a private investigator and minister the majority or the time rather than addressing the issue on hand. The driver also said we had scheduled different plans, but that was never the case. We had agreed for a ride after the concert! Why would we have booked a chauffeur service if we had not wanted one! Instead, They took out payment, the tip, and never returned. We are out the money at the end of the day which is not the biggest deal. It was the principle of them not taking responsibility for their actions or their drivers and not providing the service someone pays for.
