Setting up…read morethe service was very easy and the individual I spoke with was very professional and answered all of my questions. The service was also very affordable. After booking I was kept informed by email and text to the date, pick-up time, and also to verify the agreed upon price. I had booked the service two weeks ahead of the concert date and I was kept informed that everything was on track and the vehicle would be there as we had arranged. The day before I was emailed with the drivers name and again assured that they would be there at the specified time. The day of the service I was emailed and texted that the driver, John was in route. John arrived early, introduced himself and asked if we needed anything special. He was very professional, friendly, and the vehicle was immaculate. John transported by wife and her friend to Rocket Arena and gave them his phone number in case they needed to contact him for any reason. He also told them where he would be once the concert was over and exactly what exit to come out of. Once the concert was over he texted by wife to reaffirm where he was at and inform her he was waiting. They exited, got in the vehicle and John brought them back. Both my wife and her friend praised John saying how courteous, professional, and attentive he was. I have been looking for a limousine service for well over two years as the company I used to use was purchased and the new owners are far from professional and their equipment is not dependable. Statement Limousine has ended my search, they are now my go to service for executive car and limousine transportation. If you need a limousine or car transportation you can't go wrong calling Statement Limousine, you will not be disappointed!

We also used them for airport transportation and I was glad to hear that they also serve Summit County and Akron Canton Airport (CAK). I had a few questions and the owner responded to my emails directly. Our driver sent us a text message when she was on her way and arrived 20 minutes early. We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! We were returning from a long trip in Europe and so it was great to have a ride waiting for us. Thanks Renee for the friendly service to and from the airport! We will be using Cleveland Taxi Limo for all of our future transportation needs in the Cleveland area.

We hired Cleveland Taxi…read moreLimo for our wedding day in July, and the bus air conditioning was broken for the entire time, blowing hot air on everyone. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

I waited patiently and after he got in the van, there was absolutely no urgency to let me out of my driveway. This is incredibly inconsiderate behavior, which was especially upsetting under emergency circumstances. This is also a highly irresponsible way to represent a business.
