Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services. The driver, an older white man, was extremely rude, entitled, and unkind. I did not feel comfortable during the entire ride.
