I would give 0 stars if I could because of the poor customer service…read more A few weeks ago I called my regular cab company to pick me up for an appointment and instead of telling me they were short on cabs, they kept telling me someone was on the way but never showed up. So in my frustration I called Coqui, who I normally had a good experience with and they sent a cab. Unfortunately, their cab ended up right behind the cab company I had called 3 times so I just jumped in the first cab because I was running very late for an appointment. I didn't think it would have been an issue since I used Coqui a few times before with no issues, so when I called for a cab the following week, the female dispatcher told me she wasn't going to send another cab to my address because I had taken another cab the week before. I apologized to her and told her I was running very late for an appointment and that I had called the 1st cab first but they didn't show up which was why I called Coqui. I told her I didn't realize I was jumping into the wrong cab because I was running late and again promised to not let that happen again. This woman then proceeded to tell me they have a policy to not pick up customers that take other cabs but I was not aware of that so I thought a warning was more than enough to let me know about the company policy, however she was adamant that she would never send another cab to my address regardless so I hung up. I'm not going to argue with someone who doesn't inform customers of their company policy before refusing service.

I have booked online and over the phone and they are organized and super reliable. Their prices are more than reasonable and I have come to rely on them each time I travel to upstate NY to visit my Mom.

There were several County Trip cars outside HPN this morning, and I missed my driver waiting for me inside, but we quickly figured it out. His car was new, clean, didn't have any overbearing fragrances, and he couldn't have been a nicer person. He didn't drive like a maniac, the conversation flowed naturally, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his job as well. To top it off, they are prompt and their rates are very fair and competitive - $26 from HPN to White Plains, and that includes a tip (I tipped him extra anyway). I'd much rather use County Trip for $5 more than a regular taxi and look forward to it in the future!
