When I finally dealt with the manager in person, they were extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude. There was zero sense of customer service and it felt like helping customers was the last thing they wanted to do. What's even more frustrating is that this kind of experience makes the whole Enterprise name look bad. You expect a certain level of service, and this location completely misses the mark. At the end of the day, this comes down to management. The way this place is run is unacceptable, and it clearly reflects poor leadership. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

First off the size of the Mirage is extremely small( I did order an economical vehicle). But don't be fooled about the resilience of this vehicle. Now at first glance you may think this vehicle is geared towards teenagers whom finally obtain a license. But let it be know that the 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage IN MY OPINION, is definitely THE GAS saving vehicle you need to rent. But as comfortability...I'd recommend to be more cushions and a minor adjustment to the seats. The entertainment system is fine(can't go wrong with an APPLE CARPLAY feature). But the only change is the placement of the USB port and a safer place to place your mobile phone. Joe my sales person most definitely gave me THE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. He was(is) professional, pretty much knew what he was talking about and just was good. I mean when I see someone who has a great work ethic and can maintain patience with a calm pace while being busy during midday...yeah he knows how to DO HIS JOB as the boss! I replied that the cost didn't make sense for us compared to parking or other options. The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

What I can say about the Westwood office: I went through a difficult time - I had surgery prior to renting - I was traveling from Maine and a few days before leaving for NJ - my car got hit and totaled. I recovered from surgery with complications - without a car to get anywhere once able to drive. The kindness, the thoroughness and patience that everyone at this office who helped me had was beyond 100 percent. I know them by name: Kayler, Kahlia, Eric, Roman and Brenna. They were INCREDIBLE and I will always rent from them. Shout out to Chelsea in Exeter and Ryan in Portsmouth - but everyone (whose names I may not know) deserve kudos for excellent customer care. A couple hours I called and said I would be running 30 minutes late. They said no problem and took down both my home and cellphone to call me when the car would be ready. Wait a minute, wasn't it suppose to be ready at 3? The person on the phone said no and that it is first come first serve. What is the point of making a reservation? They told me that is was not a reservation but some bs response. Fine, I call again at 3:30 and ask if they had a car for me. They said yes. Go down within ten minutes to be told they did not have a car for me; someone had just came and picked it up. What's the point of a reservation? What's the point of giving 2 different phone numbers if you were never going to call to tell me a car is ready or that they have no cars available? I think the biggest frustration is that I talked to a different person every time I communicated with them. When I was at the place, I asked to speak with the 3 people who I spoke with on the phone because now I was getting contradictory information but was told they all had left for the day. I talked to 5 different people for a same day reservation. I found the experience frustrating, a waste of time, and their staff to be immature.
