I took it back to show them and Mrs. Kim became combative insisting that the dress was like that when I brought it to them. I have photos before of the dress and it clearly was different. There is no question that it was mistakenly altered at their shop. She refused to listen and accused me of upsetting them. After 20 plus years of frequenting their shop, I'm shocked at her reaction. I've now also seen similar negative reviews. Extremely disappointing. I am now out $250 for the ruined dress and alterations which they refused to reimburse. I will never go there again.

Our house has been using Parkway for years. I really resented the way I was treated! Hello all you consumers - PARKWAY recycles and reuses the wire hangers they give us and we return. Sorting the hangers is a courtesy, not an obligation. As a customer, I do it begrugingly but it is NOT my job. We are not paid to their work. I suggest management have a talk with their help so they understand the relationship: we consumers/customers pay Parkway for a service. We assist them to be responsible in the community by bringing back plastic and hangers. It is not our job to sort them. That's a courtesy. Period.
