Walked in as a first timer and waited. I was seen by "Jesus" and he seems respectable but unfortunately I was not pleased with his performance! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and did not get that but I was ok with the haircut--until closer inspection, my sides aren't faded correctly, they are bald areas basically. I had him take off my gotee and specifically said leave my mustache and soul patch--he took it upon himself to trim the top and bottom of my mustache (cutting a patch into my mustache) and trimmed my soul patch....i don't understand why he did that if I said leave it be....he also left hair on my chin leaving some parts feeling smooth and others feeling prickly, I ALSO had to come back because he missed some hair on my chin that were long Dude had a great vibe but I was not happy ultimately--honestly if he did touch my mustache and not clip a patch into, I'd have nothing to say but that really bothered me......I ended up touching up my face myself the day after (today) Price seemed ok tho for $30 I had to go grab money and come back and I'd be lying if I said I thought about not returning to pay or go back again but that isn't what God would be pleased with, so as God put in my heart to do what's right and still pay for his time and work even if I wasn't pleased Also side note I would DEFINITELY leave photos if I had storage in my phone to take some but my phone won't let me open the camera app read more

This review has nothing to do with their ability to cut hair although questionable, with that in mind i tried to do a walk in for a hair cut. When I asked he looked around and said uh as he was trying to figure it out i observed some people sitting on the couch and noticed they had beers in their hands an noticed drinks at the cutting stations and the shop smelled of alcohol. One guy finally got up and said ill take him in a grumpy tone. I said no you wont and started to walk out the person who was helping me asked why? I said he's been drinking and done feel comfortable letting anyone that has been drinking cut my hair and walked out! OWNERS RESPONSE: Hey Alumit, this is Jesus the owner of the barbershop and the guy that greeted you. I'm very sorry to hear this review from you. When you walked in we were already closed and done taking walk ins for the day. We were kind enough to offer you our service and you refused because two of the barbers were having one beer. I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and asked if I can get a haircut and Daniel warmly welcomed me and said he will be able to cut my hair. Despite the fact I came 30 minutes before closing time, Daniel willingly gave me the haircut I wanted, was very patient with me, and the final results were fantastic! Zero stars. Horrible service . I hate how barbers think they have more rights than customers and only their time is valuable. My Bf had an appointment with ADIRAN Saturday 10am and he called early to see if Adrian could push his apartment later as we had a family accident and he was running late and Adrian confirmed a 5:30pm appointment, my boyfriend called at 2pm to confirm his time was 5:30 and not 5pm as he called he got conformation it was 5:30 and as well showed up a kid who was cutting hair knew my bf and said "Adrian left hours ago and said he'll maybe be back" my bf said what do you mean maybe I have my haircut in 15 minutes is he not showing up? And the kid called and texted Adrian and the calls were ignored and no response from him. We wasted our time and gas going to this haircut just for ADRIAN to not show up and not have respect for our time if it was the other way around he would've charged my man a no show fee.
