I'm very picky with who cuts my hair so coming here seemed very risky considering I had a national sales meeting in 3 days where I have 3 hours of presentations in front of the entire sales staff and managers. I could almost see myself up there with a mohawk cause the fade was too high. Thankfully that didn't happen...and now to the reality. I wrote my name down and after a 15 minute wait (not bad, especially on a saturday) I sat down and after a few questions about how I want my hair done the gentleman started in. I was pleasantly surprised at his skills. After 10 minutes passed I had the fade I wanted and the top at the desired length. At the end of it all it was very affordable as well at only $12. Decided to try this newly opened barber in the Hole Mole plaza for my son's haircut. When we walked in there was only one man there, but he couldn't speak any English (only Vietnamese). We had to communicate using the google translate app. A boys haircut should be simple enough, and the sides were fine... no complaints there. But I didn't like how he cut the front of his hair, and had to do some "touching up" afterwards at home to clean it up. $10 for his haircut. Paid cash. The asian duo (couple) really make this work. Pros: - Clean interior. I'm surprised how clean they present themselves with the price they charge - Not too long of a wait at the end of the day. I usually get my cuts right at closing time (7pm) and I dont have a wait. - Good cuts. I dont know how to better word this. I get a professional faux hawk cut and the male barber does a great job at it. Cons: - Cash only. - Slightly heavy accents, but it's alright, you'll be able to communicate. I came here twice for a haircut. The first time was OK. I made an appointment for 6:00 pm, and Tom (one of the barbers) was able to cut my hair at 6:05. I didn't mind waiting the 5 minutes. Not a big deal, and the haircut was OK for the price. Not a great haircut, but fine. The second time I came, it was a Saturday morning, and I made an appointment for 11:00 am. I arrived a few minutes early and waited... And waited... And waited... For over 20 minutes. Tom obviously started another man's haircut right before my appointment time, and it's taking him 30 minutes to do the job. So, he doesn't care if he has an appointment. You just need to wait no matter what. After waiting 20 minutes, I just gave up and left. I no longer had time to get the haircut at that point anyways. My job allows me very little free time, so I need these appointments to be able to get a decent haircut. Because of his unwillingness to hold himself to appointments, Tom had lost a lot of future money from me. I don't recommend going to this barber shop. If you do, making an appointment is useless because they're not going to be available for you anyways. read more

I was very surprised by this place. First off, the shopping center looks waaaay sketch. But when you walk in to the shop, things are clean and well put together. I came in with my boyfriend and he decided to get a haircut as well. Tony did my hair. I asked for a fauxhawk. I've asked for this before and ended up with something that can only be described as a far departure from it. But he seemed sure of himself, so I sat down and kept my fingers crossed. I was worried for a bit. He cut my hair in stages, so I was never really sure when he was done. Ultimately, I ended up with a textbook example of a fauxhawk. I was stunned at how professional it looked. His attention to detail was astounding. My boyfriend had his haircut by "Ut." She didn't speak much English, but my boyfriend pointed to a hairstyle in their book and she mocked it exactly. He made a comment that she was very gentile while cutting his hair and she blushed while trying to explain she had no idea what he was talking about ;p His hair came out looking astounding. Literally, this is the best hidden gem of a barber I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I have to drive a ways from my home to get here, but the prices are literally unbeatable. $7 for a regular men's haircut. There's nowhere that can beat that around my house and probably all of the OC. The man and woman that work here (2 nice Vietnamese people) are very friendly, and always cut my just perfectly! They try to make conversation with you and I always have an enjoyable experience when I come. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. They cut hair pretty quickly generally speaking so when you see a few people waiting in the seating area, you don't feel like it's going to take forever. Parking is usually not a problem, although today when I came in on a Saturday, the whole parking lot was completely full so I had to wait for someone to pull out of a space (this little shopping area can get busy). I will always come back here when I find myself in the area since my brother lives around here. Such a great deal and they do a great job. With the tip, you'll be outta here for $10 or under!
