After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. Now the only way I can get something reliable is with Ronkonkoma Taxi and Airport Service. They aren't the fastest but they are the most reliable taxi company in the Ronkonkoma area. The fares are never the cheapest either but again, its reliable. If I'm in a pinch I'll call them because at least I know what I'm getting. Their airport shuttles on the other hand are spectacular. If I order a cab for 3am to get me to JFK Airport, it's Johnny on the spot and he's there 15 minutes early for my ride.

It was a pleasure dealing with them and I was genuinely excited to have them as a vendor. The early part of the day with them was great. They were lovely. However after the ceremony and photos were done, one of the drivers took it upon himself to drive recklessly with a bus full of people, not to mention my very young son. The bridal party described it as horrifying. He was hitting curbs and blowing through stop signs and swerving all over the road. We unfortunately went over time and owed the company more money which was completely fine. My husband and I went up to our room to quickly freshen up. Within 5 minutes the OWNER of the company demanded we come down and give them their money. It was a very poor experience and quite frankly should have made a bigger deal about it.
