Had a wonderful experience with Transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport with Fast Break Car Service. Both drivers Steve and Joe were both timely and responsive.Both drivers confirmed with arrival times for pickups. They both also notified us of the car they would be in so we could easily identify which car we were getting into at pickup time. The cars were clean safe and very well maintained. Both drivers placed our luggage into the car at pickups and unloaded our luggage at drop offs. Both Steve and Joe were personable friendly and drove safely and efficiently. Absolutely horrible customer service. Called first thing in the morning and I thought I was being very respectful on the phone I asked if I could get a price on a limo that would fit about 15 people. When I told the man about he went off on a tangent about how if I don't have the exact number then I'm looking at four cars??? How would I be looking at four cars if I asked for a limo??? I've been in limos that fit 10-15 people. I'm assuming once he realized I was younger he decided my customer opinion meant nothing because he started raising his tone and getting an attitude. I asked him politely if he could not give me an attitude because I'm trying to work with him and he said alright honey have a nice day. TERRIBLE!!! Avoid this service!!! The bride rented their van to transport guests to the venue. The van arrived on a hot, muggy day and the A/C was not working. So 12 guests sat in a sweltering van for 25 minutes ! No windows were open either! We all arrived dripping in sweat. Upon arrival, my daughters feet were so sweaty that she slipped on the stair while exiting the van and fell to the ground. She cut both knees and was bleeding a lot, badly bruised a foot and got a gash in her finger that was also bleeding. She was terribly shaken up and the driver did not even offer us a band aid. The driver did not apologize and they picked us up to return to the hotel in the same van with NO A/C! He drove us back with the door open. TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM! read more

Been calling party bus companies all afternoon to get a sense of what size buses they have. I called this company and asked what the largest size party bus they have is. The man said "for what date?" I thought this was a strange question because the date of my event shouldn't dictate the vehicles they have in their fleet...but I answered him anyway that my event is in April. He said..."Okay April.. so what are we doing". I then said " Sir, I've been calling limo companies all afternoon and they're happy to tell me the passenger size of the buses in their fleet" and he said "Well you know what, then you have a good night" and hung up the phone. Not really sure why this guy would offer such horrific customer service right off the bat as I very well may have offered him my business if he had a party bus within my specifications, but needless to say I will not be calling back and hopefully after reading my review nobody else will either. No need to be rude to people who are simply inquiring for perfectly reasonable information, especially information that his COMPETITORS, all of the other limousine/party bus companies on Long Island, were MORE than happy to volunteer instantly, without asking me the date or nature of my event. read more

People who are rude and hangs up on their customers do NOT deserve ANY future customers. Here is what happened: I called them to tell them about a very hectic itinerary that I planned running back and forth between New York City and New Jersey all in one day. A very rude person was on the other side of the line. His tone was rude from the get-go. As I am not from NY, I was only able to rely on Google map traffic to gauge traffic conditions during certain hours and plan my meetings according to that. I told this very rude person who picked up the phone my plan and he said this is definitely not doable and that I cannot rely on Google map for traffic information. I asked for an opinion on how I can arrange my meetings so it would be feasible with the NY traffic, what time I should leave my meetings etc. Here is what he said, "Ma'am with your plans, we are not going anywhere." [CLICK] He hung up on me!! I called back immediately and said "Um, excuse me? Why did you hang up on me? I asked for an opinion on how to arrange my day so it works well with NY traffic. I am not from there. But you just say ok it's not doable and then hang up on me?!" He kept trying to brush off what he did. Not at all apologetic. Unbelievable. I hung up because there really was no point in wasting time to talk to someone who is so rude and unwilling to help. Everyone - There are a LOT of private driver services in New York. We do NOT have to give business to this type of customer service. They do not deserve ANY customers. read more

I wish I would've at least experienced the service before making a review, and I've never written a review before on ANYTHING, but the guy on the phone was probably high or drunk!! He couldn't talk straight and all I wanted was a price. He couldn't hold a conversation and kept saying that I was confusing. I said there is no confusion I just needed a price he said "we're done here" and hung up on me. I would strongly recommend Steve and fast break. He was a pleasure to deal with making the reservation for airport transportation. His driver appeared early and was very professional. Everything was exactly as he said. Unfortunately because of multiple returning flight delays, it didn't work out to use this company on the way home.
