They cannot cut men's hair at all. My hair might have been two inches in the length with volume, now it's shorter than 3/4 an inch on everything but the front and its flat. I even provided pictures of what I wanted and they nothing was taken into account. $30 gone, and I've got to wait 1-2 months for my hair to grow out again. read more

Answer the phone! This salon was highly recommended to me for Prom, so I began calling 6 weeks out, regularly. Left detailed messages including asking them to save a spot for my daughter, knowing they would be booking up. Of the 12 times I called, they called me back twice when I couldn't get to my phone. I was looking for a salon that would understand color and cut with the desire to move into other colors down the line, basically changing from a bad brassy/brown to natural brown lowlights with natural blonde highlights. I met a very sweet and patient Ella, she was terrific with my hair and my concerns. Its nice to go to a salon where you can talk to someone who will be personable but also experienced with your desires to look great. I feel like I can trust her with my hair and not worry about getting it fried or colored wrong. The prices were more than some comparatively but all in all, you get what you pay for; in this case I am not going to go cheap with quality and service when it comes to my hair.
