He slipped polish all over my nails, around sides and over cuticles. I asked if I would be ok to where my shoes out afterwards but they weren't dry and the polish was ruined. They said to come back to redo if necessary but I just want my money back. While doing powder gel nails he cut three time and when I pointed it out he tried to make and excuse and didn't even apologize. I suspect they gave me a flunky employee and thought I wouldn't care because I wasn't a return customer.

I'm not going to lie--after reading some of the previous reviews, I was pretty hesitant to try this…read moreplace. However, I received a gift certificate, so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the salon. It's large, very pretty, and--most importantly to me--extremely clean. Cleanliness is a big deal for me when it comes to nail salons, and this one definitely passed that test. When I made my appointment, I specifically asked for a technician who could do more detailed or "fancy" nails. I showed the tech the ombré style I wanted and quickly found out he didn't know how to do ombré. They handled it well, though--he did my pedicure, and another tech took over my manicure. Adam, who did my pedicure, told me he was very good and knew all the pressure points--and he wasn't kidding. It was a great pedicure, and I would absolutely recommend him. One small setback: while I was getting my pedicure, another tech started my manicure at the same time. I personally don't love that because it takes away from being able to fully relax and enjoy the pedicure. That said, the manicure tech did a good job. Was I blown away? Not quite. I also felt the prices were a bit higher than other salons. Overall, though, it wasn't a bad experience, and I'd consider going back--especially for a pedicure.
