I have been to this salon for years, on and off. It has always been hit or miss. Last week I stopped in for a pedicure, and it was an epic miss. The technician was terrible. Cut nails crooked, barely did anything other than polish, and she made a mess. I had polish on my cuticles and skin around nails. The polish was old and thick and looked like a 5 year old did it. That was my last trip there! I will not go back. read more

I have gone to this nail salon every month or so for over 10 years. The owners/managers Kevin & Michaela are awesome. They hire wonderful techs as I have never been disappointed. I have had nails done pink & white, colors or designs and the gel they uses lasts weeks without a chip. Their pedicures are fabulous and all include hot stone massage of your calves ,it's a truly luxurious experience. I have had my eyebrows & chin waxed. Also had my almost invisible brows microbladed and have always been happy with the results. They except walk-in clients too. It's an exceptionally clean and tidy salon with free wifi , coffee & cold soft drinks. You will have a wonderful experience. so to say the least, it was an awful experience. before starting, I showed the nail artist a photo, and he said that he could do it then when he is about to paint my nails, he tells me that he cannot do the French tips. so i told him to take it off and just paint them. the shape themselves are not what i asked for as well. read more

We have been here a couple times and it has never exceeded our expectations, however, today I feel I must leave a negative comment. The workers there came off like they were making fun of my 89 year old step mother. They were looking in her direction, speaking Vietnamese and laughing. It made my father and I very uncomfortable and a little angry. Another thing I noticed is their tools were not taken from a sterilized place at all just in a basket! I hope I don't develop an infection by their use of dirty tools!! So many choices in the villages I suggest you go elsewhere! read more

I made a pedicure appointment two days in advance, which I was taken almost 30 minutes late for. The workers came off as very standoffish from the moment I walked in. Not only was the water cold during my entire pedicure, but Kevin2 barely paid attention to what he was doing. He ultimately ended up ripping open my skin in two different places when he was scrubbing my feet. The overall finished paint job was mediocre at best. They also charge you extra for a "massage & hot stone" experience that I never asked for. Incredibly disappointing experience, will never go back. read more

Mikayla did a beautiful job on my nails. I asked for holographic nails. She was very personable and flawless in detail. I have been doing them myself for the past 3 years as I was having trouble finding someone who went down low enough to my cuticles without spillage onto the actual cuticles, my nails grow fast and not going down as far as possible makes them look outgrown very quickly. She is obviously a good artist and takes seems to take pride in doing a good job. I will definitely be returning. The price seemed reasonable enough. What takes me over 2 hours for a less than professional looking job, took her less than an hour. I can't seem to get a photo to come through on my phone to do justice to how they look in person. read more

Two stars because they took me last minute, but other than that the experience was very bad. They had hardly any pink gel colors to choose from, mostly sparkly or gaudy colors that are way too bright for my taste, and they were out of at least half the colors. The man who did my manicure spoke almost no English and was extremely rough with my hands. Terrible manicure and he chipped one of my nails badly, then told me two times I should do acrylics after I told him I didn't want to! He got gel polish all over my skin that I had to pick off. It was a sloppy job that peeled quickly on the sides of my nails. read more

I'm sad to say today was a terrible nail experience! The gel color I picked was not what was applied. So instead of removing it they kept polishing over. Said it was due to the manufacturer changing the colors. Clearly on the color chart I picked the wrong one was applied. I was NOT offered a discount or what should have been free manicure. I did however no longer want a pedicure or to get waxed. Maybe today was she was just off. But wow words of advice ask for Kevin he does my moms and she didn't have any issues. I will however be finding a new nail place. read more

My daughter has had her eyebrows done here several times. But, this time she is extremely upset and crying. They took way too much off and tried shaping them, even after she told them to leave her natural eyebrow just clean it up. She has a big event coming up and now hates the way her eyebrows look. My mom lives in the area and goes here somewhat regularly. I have had good service before, but it wasn't great this time. I didn't make note of any names but I just felt like the gentleman providing my service wasn't that detailed on my fingers...the shape was a bit off and I hate it when you can feel snags as soon as you leave. The more annoying issue was how my daughter was treated. She is 12 and gets her nails done with me for special occasions or vacations. She knows how it works. But her guy was almost rude. He cut one of her toes, refused to massage her hands or feet because he said she was too young...and despite my assurance that it was ok, and then snapped at her when he felt she left the drying area too early to join the rest of us. I am not going to insist my mom find another place or anything like that, it happens, but we just weren't thrilled. read more

Amazing experience here today! After having a really embarrassing and rude experience at JQ Nails across the street, we came here and were treated with nothing but the upmost respect and kindness. Our manicures were impeccable, and my friend's pedicure was triple the amount of time for $9 more. Kevin did an amazing job and Lee was awesome as well. Couldn't ask for a cleaner salon as well.
