First of all, the salon itself looks very nice and welcomed. They have pictures of their home country, which is Cambodia. They are gorgeous! Also, the girls there are excellent, especially Sandy and Jennifer. The two sisters are the managers there. While doing my nails, everyone was telling jokes and laughing with the customers. They sometimes speak Cambodia language, but they translated what they were talking about to us. So, I would never feel that they were being rude to anyone. They are the nicest ladies in nails salons! They have years of experience in doing nails, and they proofed it well. Their massages are also the best, which almost put me to sleep! I don't know about you but I love a nail shop with a TV and this salon will appease any girl with a love for Lifetime television. This place makes you feel like you are with a group of your girlfriends. The staff are friendly and accomdating. There are about 5 ladies that work there, so wait time is never really a problem. They listen to what you want and don't hesitate to service you well. Minus a star because I wish they had more designs to choose from. read more

We initially went to diva nails to get a full set but as we walked in we noticed the nail polish shelves had ugly colors that were pretty much the same and half empty.. We walked out on the spot... Then we went down the street and found Classy Nails.. It was amazing!! Me and my sister got color tips and they came out exceptionally perfect.. I go for one thing only and that is to get a service done.. If I get it done well that is all I care about.. Don't really care if they talk to me or not, just do the job well. So they're getting a 2 based on customer service: don't expect to get to right away you'll be here for over 3 hours for just a full set BUT they are wonderful at nails. They tend to serve their regulars first even if you get there first which is Annoying. Also they give you a bag with your own stuff but if you forget it they charge you $1.50 for a new one. I've visited this salon 3 times now for my nails and each time I've been disappointed. The first time I asked if they could do a black ombre, and I even showed pictures and they were completely unfamiliar with it. I had to go with a basic color. The second time around, one of the technicians got nail gel all over the sides of my nails and didn't touch it up. This last time I showed a simple design I wanted painted on my ring fingers (the mercury symbol) and it was drawn so bad I had to ask her to take it off. The ladies are nice but the quality of work they do just isn't worth it. If you're looking for anything other than basic solid colors, this isn't the place. read more

I only come here when it's an emergency. Because having shitty nails is better than having no nails in my opinion. But every single time I end up going, I walked out halfway through because I'd rather just pay Full price and finish the nails myself even though I have no experience doing nails, then have them finish and have to look at the final product every day. I didn't like this place at all. I asked for a basic manicure on my natural nails. The girl cut my cuticles way to close in a couple of places and it hurt. When she was buffing my nails she was looking everywhere else but my nails. Then the worst part to me was when she was filing my nails she pulls out her phone, dials a number, places the phone on her shoulder and talks in her native language as she continues to file my nails. They quality of nails done is decent. IF they aren't rushing you out the door for the next person. Getting in period can be difficult and if they tell you 5 or 10 more minutes be prepared to wait at least 30 min. There was a time I waited a total of 45 min with the expectations of 5 more min. Then they weren't paying attention when I selected my number for the gel polish I wanted. Instead of a light green color they started applying a baby pink color, I pointed out the difference and she said it would be fine since the green going over was darker. She did the first coat of green on top of the pink and it looked like shit and I said that is not what I want. She re-did them to the color I had asked for in the first place. It's not worth the wait and the lack of attention to detail. I will not be back. read more

Worst nails ever !!! My mother in law and I just got our nails done ... first off we showed the lady what we wanted , ok no problem she didn't say she couldn't do it . Half way through she wasn't doing how we asked the she came out and said shouldn't do it ... strike one . Also still charged us $50 for her to mess up and use her new powder and mine she was sloppy didn't clean them up each nail is a different shape . Keep in mind mine are basic pink and white set ... $50 bucks ! 10 extra for having less then a half of inch longer then " Normal " length and $10 extra for a gel top coat !! I wish it was possible to give no stars at all. I came in to get a simple pedicure and the lady doing my nails cut my toe so bad that it wouldn't stop bleeding. Then after putting multiple chemicals on it, she painted a base coat on to my slightly bloody nail and then placed the brush back in the bottle. Super unsanitary. She didn't even act like she was truly sorry for hurting me and the end result was a mix of blood and nail polish on my toe. It looks horrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to pay for messed up nails. They wouldn't even give me a discount for cutting me so I had to pay full price. read more

I waited awhile before I wrote a review for this place I had my nails done the first week or so in February. I had talked to I believe the owner of the salon via facebook messaging and I went in. I was very surprised and disappointed in this salon. I was seated right away, they were busy but I wouldn't say they were really busy. Although they did a good job, it was done by 3 or 4 different people, they moved me from one seat to another. Everything was very disorganized and cluttered. Nobody seemed to know where anything was and there was hardly any room on the stations to work, it was very noisy and you could not hear anybody and I had to keep having them repeat themselves whenever they felt the need to ask a question. The people (not person) that worked on my nails were very rough and one even cut me and made me bleed and did nothing to clean it or try to stop it from bleeding. I talked to who I assume is the owner and she said that she was sorry and that she will be back to work soon as she was recovering from surgery and people were out on vacation. I will not be going back to this place. read more

SO DIRTY, GROSS, RUDE & HORRIBLE!!! Floors were so very dirty, she didn't even clean my pedicure bowl. They are all so damn rude. I wanted to leave in the beginning but figure I'd just give it a try.. wait 15 min with boiling hot water ..: then it overflowed all over cause they weren't even paying attention to me so she filled it with cold water... so when my pedicure starts she goes wow your water is freezing... I got round SHAPE she didn't even ask me what I wanted. And the French trip looks like a nightmare the white was so thick . The whole time i was trying to say I had a broken toe and she wasn't understanding and I was in so much pain... the two ladies next me to just looked at me and said this place is so dirty and they didn't listen to her poor daughter and it was prom and the color was nothing that sample nail looked like and the poor girl was about to cry as she had prom in 1 hour... the reviews are horrible I should of looked . This place needs to be shut down ASAP! And to top it the lady that came out of the wax room, her eyebrows were beat red and she kept touching them, "seemed like she was trying to see if they were even there anymore everyone who had walked in once I had been had something to be fix, "nail, brows were uneven, nail shape" then a lady came and wanted pedi mani, they said yes "we do now sit down" this lady waited for at least 35 mins and when I was getting my toes paid an cured with the UV LIGHT she still hadn't been touch so she got up WITH wet feet and left ...
