Amazing customer service! Best mani and pedi I've ever had and it lasts too! Waxing services are quick and inexpensive.

We always get general admission and the regular Korean scrub. It is recommended that you arrive at least an hour ir two before scrub time so you can shower and soak to soften that skin! After getting our towels we stored our items in lockers and got showering. They have a mugwort tea tub which is also used to rinse your skin. Be careful not to contaminate the tub with post-rinse tea. The wet area has multiple soaking tubs of various temperature, including one cold plunge. The steam room and dry sauna are also here. It is recommended to rinse off in between the tubs, steam, and sauna. The Korean ladies call your name once it's time to get scrubbing. There are 2 scrub rooms which are both communal and each lady gets her own table. Here is where the magic happens. As you are asked to flip on all 4 sides, they scrub all the dead skin off your entire body, including your nooks and crannies! They rinse you off periodically with warm water and also rub your neck and head. Once you are done you are free to use the heated rooms and salt room. It is not recommended to go back to the wet room post-scrub. I always like to lotion up once I'm squeaky clean and go to the salt room to lay on their heated floor. The heated rooms are dry heat with different themes and temperatures. There is a Korean restaurant on site which smells SO GOOD but we haven't had the timing to try it yet. They also have a tea room for extra charge.

Hey Hello Hair! I…read moreabsolutely love this place. The ladies here are truly the best. I'm lucky to have Charla and Jessica taking care of my hair--my lifelong, deep red hair that I proudly say comes from my great-great-grandmother. It's that strong Indian red MC1R gene trait, and I don't take it lightly! I had hand and arm surgery in January 2026, and the girls even took care of my hair before my surgery. At that time, we were working through simple wash routines together because I couldn't wash my hair myself. They were so patient and helpful through all of it. By the time I needed my next move-up, I was ready to wash my own hair again, and they celebrated that progress with me. I truly love these ladies like I've known them for years. Everyone in the salon is so kind, fun, and genuinely caring--not just with me, but with every person who walks in. Going to my appointment at Hello Hair is something I always look forward to. I genuinely love being there.

I've been seeing Hallie for a while, and throughout my visits it has always been clear that gray…read morecoverage was important to me. At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service) And btw(after reading the owners response): this was NOT a gray blending service, it was always very clear that I wanted my grays fully covered each time I came in.

I just moved here from California and was nervous about finding a new hairstylist--but after my experience at Shears to You, I can confidently say I've found my new go-to! Bridget is hands down one of the most talented, precise, and creative hairstylists I've ever had. I came in with dark roots, about three inches of outgrowth, and faded blonde that had turned into a darker, almost dirty yellow tone from my last touch-up back in August. I also have highlighted hair (a weave in the highlighting sense), so I knew this process needed skill and attention to detail. Bridget absolutely nailed it! Her bleaching technique was on point, perfectly integrating gray into the lightening process to achieve exactly the look I wanted. The results were flawless--bright, blended, and completely transformed! Not only was the color correction a masterpiece, but my haircut was much-needed, too. I hadn't had a trim in over a year, and I had about three inches of dead ends that desperately needed to go. Bridget brought my hair back to life, keeping the length I wanted while making sure it looked healthy and fresh. Beyond her incredible skills, the entire experience at Shears to You was amazing. The salon was spotless, warm, and inviting. It was just Bridget, her colleague Colline, and me, and I instantly felt like I was among friends. Bridget and Colline went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, offering water, coffee, and treats--it was such a personal and welcoming touch! Bridget takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and truly knows what she's doing. She's friendly, professional, and passionate about her craft. I couldn't be happier with my hair, and I'm so relieved to have found such a talented stylist in my new city. If you're looking for a hairstylist who listens, delivers, and exceeds expectations, Bridget at Shears to You is the one!
