On Labor Day morning, I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I spent over $110 plus a tip, but what I received was far below professional standards: * My cuticles were not properly soaked, cleaned, or trimmed, despite being charged for a full service. * The polish was rushed, uneven, and already peeling within a day. The color applied was also not what I requested, and when I brought this up during the appointment, I was dismissed. * I was subjected to pressuring tactics to add more expensive services (lip waxing, eyebrow waxing, etc.), accompanied by inappropriate comments that made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. * The male owner was dismissive and argumentative when I called to address my dissatisfaction. Instead of offering professional courtesy, he told me I could never return to the salon. * Throughout my visit, I noticed a clear difference in treatment between clients. Some customers were offered beverages and better attention, while others -- myself included -- were not. This was not just about nails. I left feeling disrespected, pressured, and singled out, when self-care should feel restorative and affirming. No paying client deserves to be mocked, rushed, or treated as less than. Went in for a fill, place was empty so figured I'd get great service. Nail tech didn't use the same acrylic as when I had first came (2 weeks ago) so you can see where my nails were filled today and a couple nails were over filed on the sides, so they look crooked. The French Tips are uneven one side is longer than the other. Disappointed, I paid $54 cash (with military discount) and left a $6 tip because I felt bad not tipping, but not going to be returning. Walk-in service is great, I was immediately served for a mani-pedi. They are open 7 days a week and until 7pm weeknights. I will not return as my heels hurt so badly. Only giving this place 2 stars cause they seemed very nice and offer drinks. This was my first time going there. I had gotten my nails done originally at a trusted nail salon while i was visiting in Maryland. It was a pretty slow Tuesday afternoon cause there was nobody waiting and there were only 2 nail techs up front. I went for a refill (it was my 2nd refill) and hated the results! There was a big chunk of acrylic hanging off the nail of my thumb and i didnt notice until i got home. Yeah, i started to peel it off and then the side of the nail it was attached to broke off as well. That same night i got home, i was putting my coat in the closet and one of my nails broke off(idk if that had to do with it being my 2nd refill) still upset though cause i just paid to get my nails done. Also, my husband had picked a regular color for me that he liked and tbh i get the colors that he likes cause they're decent. Anyways, when a different lady started painting my nails she noticed that it was a little transparent and asked me why i got the color, i nicely said that it looks delicate and i like it, well she proceeded to paint and it looked like my 5 year old sister did it. Furthermore, i asked the nail tech if she could smooth out the refill area a little more and i dont think she understood what i said. Finally, never going back. Waste of time and money. Both my spouse and I got pedicures and the colors we picked out were not even close to the colors that were put on. The technician barely used any polish and didn't get the tips of the nails. My 7 year old granddaughters could have done a better job painting my nails. read more

Great service. They are under new ownership and actually caring for this place now. Totally revamped. I don't understand negative reviews on the pricing. I used to pay 120+ tip for my nails in tukwila! But they do the same job for $60+! Please understand that your requests for jewels and stickers/art are ADD ONS! $5-15 (as other shops CHARGE MORE) they changed a bunch of things in the shop. 10/10 would recommend. They're under new management and they are great! I like that they're friendly and are always ready to rectify their mistakes. Lee is great with customers and she knows her stuff. The only thing I'lol day needs improvement is the timing. But it's a business and we all need to make our coins. I love that they offer each guest beverages, especially the green tea My entire family goes here, and we're never disappointed. Lee is very open to customers complaints and does her best to fix things ASAP. I complained once about my nails breaking off and has not an issue since. I went to this nail shop because I had broken a finger nail and the shop that I went to was fully booked, I read the reviews so I decided to give this place a try. I usually get a manicure with dip powder and I usually do a pretty easy square round shape. I was really disappointed they did my nails so thick and when I told the nail technician that I don't like my nails thick I always like it thin she snapped at me and told me I should of told her from the beginning. I thought by her looking at the way my nails were done she would have known my nails were thin or better yet she should of asked me. my nails ended up being so thick and the way she shaped my thumb nail was so uneven. Very bad customer service. Bad quality of work. Do yourself a favor don't waste your hard earned money here, other places will do a much better job! read more

I was going there for about 5-6 months. I ended up with a fungus nail. I can't get rid of it and I've tried everything you can buy and plan to go to the doctor for it now since I can't get rid of the fungus. I showed it to them the last three times I had my nails done asking if it was a fungus nail and was told no yet the fungus part was growing larger each time I had my nails done. I decided not to go back and took the powder dip off. If I could give this place a zero I would! I staff is way to generous. The man who owns the shop is a scammer. They messed up on my nails and toes and said he would fix them for me and also refund me the money($70) which I felt was great costumer service. However when I went back to get my nails and toes redone he charged me again $70 dollars for his mess up. This is very unprofessional on his part charging me twice for a service that they messed up on. I would never go back again and if you're looking for a place to get your nails and toes done I'd advise you to choose somewhere else. What you're saying is not true because my card was charged again twice! After may it was charged 70 dollars in April and then again this month totaling 140. You can not lie about this because I have the statements to prove which I will be happy to post if you would like. You said you'd give me back the money the first time but you couldn't control it on your end because the money had already went through and you wanted me to contact my bank which they said you disputed it and you got the money back! I've been here a hand full of times and the service and quality gets worse every time. The last encounter I made an appointment for a pedi and full set. As I was getting my pedi I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted to a woman who talked with another woman also showing her the picture and was given a price however once the full set started I was quoted a different price $15 over what I was originally quoted. The frustrating thing was that when I mentioned the price difference they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. I still got the full set because I was going on vacation the next day but later that night I took a shower and as I washed my hair and the gel started to peel and was not dry all the way through. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I have been getting my nails done with dip powder for more than a year. I have gone to several places and NEVER experienced what I did here. I came in at 4pm and there were 2 girls ahead of me. I asked if they had time to do my nails to be respectful of their 6pm close time. They said they did and I waited. 5 minutes later when 2 other girls were done they had me come and get my nails soaking. They used the typical acetone and foil to heat up and take off the dip powder. I then sat for 45 minutes with NO ONE checking in on my nails. They began to get hot and uncomfortable as it's pure acetone and heat on my nails! The reason for their delay? 4 other women came in behind me and they prioritized them over me. I then asked how long it was going to take and one lady checked and was like it's not done as the glitter nail wasn't completely off. Generally they soak for a bit then scrape and drill the softened dip powder off. I left and went to my usual place. They didn't apologize and didn't say a word. i'm from out of town, and typically when i visit family it's a tradition of mine to get my nails done where ever i'm at. why?! idk. all of the nail salons that i have been to did not let me down, til this one. when choosing a nail salon i look/read reviews and i look at pictures of peoples nails (cuticles, shapes, cleanliness...). compared to the other nail salons in this area this was the best. anyways, my manicurist was kay. so from the beginning to end she was telling me about herself how she's been in the industry for a long time, she's an educator, has some invention, etc.. so ok i thought she's a real professional and gonna be great. well i know it may not be her fault but the previous gel that i had on was so hard to take off, but when she was trying to push it off, the sharp pusher was pretty much digging into my finger, OUCH! finally the gel was off, she started nipping my cuticles, but didn't push it. so now to putting on the gel, that was fine. but i got chrome pigment on tips and i had to show/tell her how to blend it. one of my nails she had to take off the chrome so she just filed it off.. well the next day that gel completely peeled off. anyways she finally finished, i went to go wash my hands and i noticed and realized that she didnt file my nails after the gel before the top/final coat. so the tips were rough and snagging on my clothes. so she tried to file it as much as she could without "breaking the seal".. when i left the salon i was not satisfied. the day after, when the gel peeled off one of my nails, i came to terms that i wasted my money. fast forward to today, a week later the top coat is peeling off all my nails. now that i think about, everytime i go to nail salon their tools are in a sterile packet, but from what i remember i don't think, at this place, she took her tools out of a sterile packet, barbercide, or a sterilizer. AND the nail files were extremely used. i forgot to add that my cousin and niece got a mani and pedi with gel... we started at the same time and they where both done BEFORE me! and i only got a gel mani. read more
