It wasn't super busy on a Saturday afternoon, but busy enough for us to wait about 20-30 minutes to be serviced together. The inside decor was very modern and relaxing. Everything still looked brand new and clean and they had plenty of polish colors to choose from. New packaged instruments and scrubs for a pedicure is always a major plus! Everybody's pedicure went great. They even had little fans that attach to the 'pedicure chair footarea' so the regular nail polish can dry faster. Its a very comfortable atmosphere with kind workers.

During the service, the technician also waxed along the edges of my hairline, something I have never requested or had done before. The following day, I noticed bruising around my eyes and along my hairline where the waxing was performed. Concerned about the injuries, I contacted the salon and was informed that the manager would not be available until Thursday. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of immediate management response regarding my concerns. Customers should be aware of my experience before spending their time and money here. I expect this matter to be addressed, and LeNoir Nails has not heard the last of me.
