Me and my soon to be mother in law went in January 2025 to try on some dresses and the place was packed for Mardi Gras so we had to wait awhile which was okay and then finally a girl helped us and it went really smooth we decided to wait and think on the dress and came back a month later to try the dress on again and buy it. It was a good process I will say that the wedding dress didn't come in until last November and we ordered early February so make sure you order your dress in advance because that's how the wedding dress process works. I'm having my alternations done tomorrow so I can't give a review on that just yet and I haven't seen my dress yet so we will see. read more

The beginning process was nice the ladies were very friendly and helpful. When we got our dresses back they were the wrong color. we all had to get alterations and for me my alterations were very minimal and I received my dress 6 days before the wedding the dresses still did not fit. I literally had to get my dressed pinned in 3 different places because the hooks on my dress were not stitched on properly. I've been in many weddings and this by far was the worse experience with bridesmaid dessses. read more

I'm only giving it a 1 star because India tried to fix the mess that was created by another coworker. I am a bride that came into the store February 2024 with 9 bridesmaids. I came in looking for Satin emerald green. I was convinced by Jessica that chiffon will work best by what I described to her about my wedding. Cool. Fast forward to February 9,2025. Yes it took a whole year for the dresses to arrive. They were the wrong color, sizing was completely off especially for at least 4 of my girls. Every dress needed alteration. They left India in there by herself to work on pinning 9 dresses. No help was sent after speaking to the owner and the lady who originally ordered the dresses, which was Jessica. I was told by the owner that my dresses were a rush order but we never paid the rush fee, that was supposedly told to her, which was not true. The only thing the owner offered ( well I suggested) was the alterations at no cost. The dresses were being altered for almost 2 weeks to get them back and there still to big on the same girls, the hems around the bottom, some were to short and to long. Yes my girls brought they heels when dresses were being pinned. Needless to say we kept having to drive back and forth from Pensacola to Spanish Fort. All in all this place is not it. Don't go. Also you can tell that Jessica does not like India. India and Jessica daughter probably can run that place in a more professional business in my opinion. I do not recommend. April 2024 the initial visit was a vibe with Jessica. We ordered bridesmaids dresses the day we went in. Fast forward to February 2025 for our alteration appt, our dresses came in the absolute wrong color than what we ordered. The owner said it was because our dresses were a rush delivery! How when we ordered almost a year ago? The bride was in tears and instead of the owner fixing the dresses, she argued over the phone with the bride. The bride had to rearrange the colors of her wedding and her wedding was in 3-4weeks. The owner finally compromised and gave us free alterations. Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding and we got a call that our dresses were ready. Called to speak to Jessica and she was rude and couldn't find our dresses. She kept yelling in the background that the wedding was March 18 and it was NOT, it was March 14. Im assuming that she thought she had time. Finally was able to speak to India and she was kind and patient, loved her! She found some of our dresses and told me we could pick those up. After picking up our dresses the alterations were horrible. The dresses were still too big, too long, and the lining was longer than the sheer on top. Most of us had to bring our dresses back to Pensacola and pay for more alterations. This was the worse experience and I would not use them. If you do, let India service you. Jessica would not admit fault and blamed everything on the owner and talked so negative about her! Our dresses were ordered a year early and paid in full so it should've never been a rush order and we had time to fix any problems (the reason we ordered so early). I scheduled an appointment to buy a dress for my son's wedding. There is only one employee in the store. She is talking and helping everyone else that enters the store. Then she showed me a catalog of dresses that I can order, paying in advance 50 percent of the price. The reason to set an appointment was to try on the dress before I commit to it. I can order a dress online and then return it if it doesn't work for me. It is totally a waste of time to visit this store. The employee was very kind and it is not her fault that the owner of this business pretended to operate this kind of store with only one employee. Don't waste your time. I am so glad we finally got a dress shop in Spanish Fort! They have so many beautiful dresses in a wide range of styles and sizes. The fact they are open til 8 is nice too since a lot of dress shops used to close before I got off work for the day! read more

Walked in to see what veils they offered; however, there was no one to greet us for 5-10 minutes. After we were greeted, I explained to her what I was looking for and she recommended a veil that was so completely wrong I felt like she hadn't listened to a word I said. I did find a veil that I liked, but decided not to buy because I felt like she wanted the sale more than she wanted to help me find something that complimented my dress on my special day. I would rather pay more for a veil from someone that was actually sincere. read more
