It's been distressing to watch the Spa decline over the years what it was once a place I found in inviting to visit now has become tired, neglected, and in desperate need of attention. Even for before this decline, I had been concerned about the pedicure chairs that were installed a long time ago. I believe they are safety hazard. I can no longer climb up into one, and I see other customers having the same difficulty. I think you're being unwise not to consider how precarious they are. Overall, the place appears dirty and worn. The space is outdated, stuffy, and simply not well maintained.
