Claudia was very frustrating to work with as our wedding caterer and coordinator. She would sometimes take weeks to return phone calls and/or emails. She promised things for our wedding that didn't happen. She was very vague about the cost of things even though I specifically asked for solid numbers. She ended up charging way more than her promised estimates. On the wedding day, the food was barely warm as there was nothing under the buffet plates to keep food warm.
