The man running the shop is very accommodating, however drop offs and delivery is disorganized time-wise. They were always late. Claudia herself is a little grumpy and anytime I asked about earlier drop off, it seemed like she did not want to start before 10AM. They did a good job setting up but we needed to do delivery pay twice to get the linens a day before to steam them. I cannot recommend Claudia's Party Supplies enough! I am a lot to deal with and they were so patient and wonderful with helping me for my party! They delivered and picked up quickly and efficiently! Their prices are wonderful and very affordable! Even though their prices went up, they are still not outrageous! We rented tables, chairs, tablecloths, balloon arch, and two balloon towers (they forgot the two balloon towers) but I was pleased regardless. I figured they could keep the money as their tip lol I found it hard to get my order 100% when I called because I do not speak Spanish well and the man who answered the phone ONLY spoke Spanish. This place is great! I was looking for a place that would inflate my balloons I got off Amazon and a few places were closed or turned me down. This place not only did it but none of my balloons popped! The place I used to use that is now shut down would always pop the balloons and claim it was a bad ballon even tho I got them off their website. They were careful and so nice!! I had my wedding 3-17-18 and I used Claudia's for all my wedding set up and it was perfect! I found them through Instagram and after seeing that they worked in my venue (orcutt ranch) before and I was able to see videos of their work and I fell in love. I went to talk to them around 4/1/17 and we sat down and wrote all the things I was going to need and she gave me a quote with everything detailed on there. Super helpful, no hidden costs, what you see is what you get. Also loved that I could give her small payments throughout (because I was scared I would spend it if I didn't do it slowly). I came back later as it got closer to the wedding to finalize my guest count, and go over details. Once again, the girl here was very patient and accommodating when I moved some items around and added other things. She sits with you and visually shows you what your table set up will look like so you can choose between the settings. As someone who was mostly dyi-ng their wedding to save money, this helped a lot in helping me truly see the vision. The week of the wedding it was POURING and since my venue was outdoors I started to panic and asked if they had tents. The owner was nice enough to come to the venue to take measurements to see what size tents we needed. He explained the costs and let me take two days to decide if I wanted tents or not. Thankfully by thurs the weather changed and I decided not to get the tents. He recommended this too, he was sure it would be a good day. He could have tried to make me buy the tents since it's more money for him, but they weren't greedy at all but hard working and honest people who just aim to give good quality work. And they did. The day of the wedding everything looked better than it did in my head. It was such a great feeling to know that I was able to achieve my expensive look without breaking the bank. Everything was beautiful and my guests were amazed by the space. Orcutt ranch is a blank slate and it's really up to the decor to set the tone and Claudia's helped me resize my vision for my wedding. Unfortunately the customer service experience we had was a different from the other reviews. My mom and I came to ask for an estimate of tables w/ tablecloths. The girl who was working that day did not seem interested to provide any assistance; she was some young girl in her 20s. She was busy doing some tasks and every time we ask to look at samples she would be going back to what she was doing. There wasn't any eye contact or friendliness and we felt uncomfortable the entire time. Just not a good vibe overall.
