The woman who answers the phone (owner)is unprofessional, dismissive, and, based on other reviews I've read, unfortunately this does not seem to be an isolated experience. I have emails documenting that I repeatedly asked for linens, and my request was acknowledged on the first email back in August. Then again I contact them to add to my order in September. when I was sent the final invoice. I questioned her where are the linens and she directly ignores the statement and answers the other question. I will be attaching those emails so there is no confusion about what was requested. When I finally addressed the issue over the phone, instead of acknowledging that my request had been overlooked, she tried to deflect by saying, "Well, I did everything else on your email." That is not how you provide good customer service. If something was missed, simply acknowledge it and take responsibility rather than twisting the conversation or making excuses. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would never use this company again and absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and have their requests taken seriously.
