Brought everything back early ( in 2 days) and was not refunded for the 3rd day as told that I would be if I returned everything early. I was lied to and this establishment kept the money for the 3rd day. The owner refused to return my phone calls. Stealing from and lying to customers is terrible. I couldn't book through the website, so I called directly. Mr. Nasir handed my reservation immediately. Later, when I needed extra tables, I texted him, and he sent me an update invoice. Payments were made through Zelle, which was quick and convenient. They delivered everything a day before my event. Although there was an issue with three umbrellas, they replaced them early the next morning, well before my event started. Mr Nasir was really patient with all my questions. I've given Irene's party rental one too many chances and after this last party I'm done with them. Here's the final straw, I placed my party rental order three weeks in advance and the evening prior to my party my delivery was made and it was all wrong. I ordered six 36in round cocktail tables and instead received four 30in round cocktail tables. I also ordered three 8 foot tables and received only two. The real kicker is that I ordered 50 white plastic chairs (added 10 more chairs a week prior to my event after my original invoice was made) and received 40 black chairs. When I called Maria to explain that my whole order was wrong she told me she would have the tables corrected, but that she didn't have any more white chairs. She tried telling me that I never specified which color, but my invoice attached to this review shows otherwise. After sending her my invoice to show her that I wasn't lying, she then asked me what I wanted her to do? I then asked her to give me any white or gold chair that she had as my color scheme for my party was white and black wasn't going to work. She then proceeded to tell me that they would cost more and that I would need to pay the price difference, which I found absurd after it was clear that it was their error. After a lot of back and forth, Maria was not willing to budge or take accountability and offered a different solution and was going to try to find the white plastic chairs from another company. She called us back and said she found the white chairs, but only had 40, which we were okay with us since we were down to the 11th hour. Leave it to Irene's, when the chairs arrived they had red paint at the bottom! What kind of company would think this is acceptable? Rather than make it right and give me an upgraded chair that they had in stock, they dumped this trash off. I called Maria back and she told me that this was how the company that she borrowed them from identifies their chairs, which is complete non sense. We ended up having to miss a pre-party event with our family from out of town so that we could spray paint the bottoms of the chairs white. What a great way to spend our evening that we should have been spending with our family. To top it all off when I asked for chair replacements in a last ditch effort via text to the owner, I'm told that it's a holiday weekend and he'll try, but no promises. Never heard from him again. I did want to add that this was the fourth time renting from Irene's, and every delivery has had an issue. Either missing chairs, missing seat cushions, broken outdoor heater, etc. The outdoor heater was $75 and I was told that I should've used duct tape to keep the igniter engaged so the flame would stay on. No refund. Wow... So to sum it all up, even if you have an invoice with your items just knthey're not guaranteed and they will stick you with the stress of trying to figure something out last minute. read more

If I could I'd put no stars I would . I called days before my event and the owners wife answered and said a certain price and size for table and chairs . I needed a quote so I said I'd call back . Nobody answers the phone but I get a text . He tells me how much etc and to go pay in the afternoon. I make my husband go because all he needed to do was pay. When my husband gets there he told him something completely different from what we had originally agreed upon. Like 15 dollars more and less chairs !!! On top of this the day of the event , I had to keep calling because they wouldn't bring the chairs and tables ? I said 1pm they ended up coming @ 5pm. They're lucky it wasn't a big party and a lot of people waiting because I would of gotten my complete refund ! They basically got there whenever they felt like it . They didn't even have manners to open up the tables for us and when it was time for them to come get them I didn't fold them because they were dicks and they were slamming shit super loud. We ordered chairs for a birthday party for our daughter. The vendor had agreed to have the eight wedding-style chairs arrive sometime between 10am and 12pm for a party that started at 2pm. By 11:30am or so, no word from vendor and no chairs. We called the vendor at 12pm and they seemed to have no clue as to the order (even though we had already paid in advance). By 2:15pm, the chairs showed up--TWO HOURS LATE and after the party had started without the chairs. The vendor then offered no remedy or discount. They also took a week to come and remove the chairs, and did so by going on our property without permission to remove them. I called a month prior to my baby shower. They insisted going through email was enough no need for a phone call. At first the quoted me at 133 for delivery and what I needed to order. The week of my event they called to confirm my order and it was 50 dollars over the initial quote (fine no big deal, still a decent price) They texted me my invoice and said the day of the delivery would be 12/9/22 between 11-5 ( the day before my shower) so obviously waited between those times. It was 5:45 and still nothing so I called the place and they told me you wouldn't be delivered until the next day (the day of my shower) which they should of called and let me know in the first place. They came the next day around 9am but forget my propane tank and 2 of the tables I ordered. I called them to say they forgot some things and that they will be back 1 hour before my shower even started. They came back and still forgot 1 table, they didn't even notice. There's a reason this company only charge a $10.00 deposit. They delivered at my property for a client on June 30, 2018. They picked up July 1st at 11:30am. After picking up their items, the driver Narges backed over some of my plants and broke my sprinkler head and also they broke a driveway light You'd think he'd come back and apologize....but NOOOOOOOOO! He kept going. (good thing there wasn't a baby under the wheel) I reviewed my security camera and sure enough, he drove over it. I called and left a message. Two days later he called back and denied it. I said that I had it on camera. He came by and said he was going to take care of it. That was three weeks ago.
