She busted her lip good and shifted top/front teeth out of place. After we wrapped up at ER, he met us at 10:30PM at his office to put a bracket on and gently pull her teeth back into place. Very kind and friendly ladies :) even when they saw I had my 6 month old with me they offered to let me fill out paperwork later via their online option. It's not easy taking a baby to appointments like this but that consideration made it a lot easier. We were called back shortly after arriving and I was allowed to go back with my son while he had his photos and X-rays taken. Meeting Dr. Britto was fantastic. He actually did my partners braces. He had great bedside manner and really took his time to go over everything with us. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to mention that my son's baby teeth were taking a bit longer to come in which could change how we approached treatment. Overall the office was very clean, everyone we interacted with was great, and we have chosen this as the office we want my son to have his treatment at.

I wanted to get a second opinion on their recommended patient plan so I had them speak to a family friend who was also my hometown dentist. Dr. Tisseront was more than happy to take the time to call my friend after office hours and spend more than an hour explaining his recommendation. I have been wearing harmony braces (hidden behind your teeth) for three months now and everyone is amazed at how quickly my teeth have moved. I already have a beautiful smile! When all is said and done I will have spent upwards of 10K (they have a very reasonable payment plan) but I don't think I would trust anyone else with my teeth at this point and feel like this was a truly an investment well made.

It made what should have been a routine experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, I was referred out for a root canal to an out-of-network specialist without that being clearly communicated to me. This ended up costing me significantly more than expected. Because of this referral, I quickly exhausted my insurance benefits and was left paying much higher out-of-pocket costs. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this, the office was not willing to take responsibility or work toward a resolution. I was still charged an additional $647, which they would not waive despite the circumstances. Overall, this experience was frustrating both from a care standpoint and a financial transparency standpoint. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about referrals and insurance coverage before proceeding here.
