I have not had any problems whatsoever w/ the system itself in 13 years. I have always found them to be available for minor repairs (when I run over a sprinkler head w/ my mower or some other yard "incident"). Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend their work as well as the company itself. BTW, I do not work for the company nor do I know anyone who works there (nor do I own the company).
