I was contacted by email in less than 24 hrs to let me know that new patients weren't being accepted until July, but that I could go into a wait list for potential cancellations. Less than 24 hrs later I got a call from the office to let me know two slots had opened up the next day. I saw others give low reviews on google for their communication turn around so I wanted to be sure to note that I had a very prompt response time from the office. The morning of, we had an appt at 9, but weren't seen until 9:30. All things considered, this office opens at 7 and I understand that things can back up if kids are having a tough time and appts before us took longer than anticipated. I appreciated the front desk letting me know the situation and that they in turn appreciated my patience as we waited for a chair to open for my daughters cleaning. Once we were called back, the appt itself was AMAZING. Big shout out to the dental hygienist who worked w my 6 year old. My daughter has an aversion to the water pick and suction tube and asked if she could please use a cup of water and an empty cup to spit it out when she needed to rinse her mouth. She was kindly and easily accommodated and the cleaning went by without incident. This was the first time my daughter let a hygienist use an electric toothbrush, floss, count and clean teeth and FINALLY take x-rays after 2 years of meltdowns at previous offices/attempts. The hygienist was very clear and kind, always letting my daughter know what to expect in a kid friendly way, reading cues to ask my daughter if she needed to pause and take some deep breaths , and listening to my daughter to work together for a great cleaning and x-Ray experience. My daughter loved that she could watch a movie during her appt. Very thankful to have found this office.

They told me I needed a deep cleaning and said it wouldn't be covered by my insurance--only for me to later find out that it actually was included in my plan. That said, the main hygienist here is truly exceptional. Her room is on the far right when you walk to the back. She's kind, gentle, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She helped ease any fears/anxiety & she took care making sure I wasn't in pain during my dental procedures. The dental assistants were on point as well. I never felt like I was drowning when the dentist was working on my teeth. (As someone who had braces/regular dental work... it's definitely a thing) All in all this place is was really cool. We get there and waited for a long time to get to the back; once we got to the back they informed me that it would just be an examination for my daughter and no work would be done. We had explained on the phone how our normal family dentist had referred her to a pediatric dentist and they said no problem; they would do the pediatric dental work. However instead of any work they performed an exam and took more expensive xrays then had the nerve to refer my daughter down the road to an dentist that does pediatric dentist. I didn't bring her here to just get another referral and pay them good money for a wasted trip.

I was expecting much worse news than I received. After an EXTENSIVE cleaning on my teeth they only discovered 2 small cavities. We scheduled an appointment a few weeks out to take care of that and I happily showed off my gleaming white teeth to everyone I saw. When I was scheduled to come back the black ice storm of 2014 had hit Crestview. The receptionist called me from her own house to let me know they were closed that day and rescheduled me further out. I was surprised they took the time to let me know considering how bad the weather was that day. When I arrived to have the cavities taken care of I only had to wait in the waiting room about 8 minute before they took me in. Upon further inspection of my teeth it was found that one of my old fillings had come loose and a small cavity had formed underneath it. They went ahead and knocked out all 3 of the cavities in one visit to save time for me. They even used pediatric strength numbing agents to keep me comfortable. I have a MASSIVE fear of dentists from childhood and it was nice that Dr. Wayer and her staff did an excellent job of keeping me calm and numbing me properly so as to prevent pain during my visit. I would highly recommend them BUT not recommend waiting 18 years before your next visit!!

I've been waiting a year to get a top denture and bottom implants/2 posts (had to redo them, too…read moremany fittings from a cast, why ???, must use denture creams, why ???). Did not offer bone grafting for better support of a 4 post implant (guaranteed 2 post). Equipment/product malfunctions that were slow to scan and sent all white dentures. Staff (nice for the most part, finance only nice, when you sign up) has to keep running to doctor for answers. Doctor availability, seems to take a lot of vacations. Makes you sign, when products are not fully together, validating they fit well.
