She doesn't reach the 4 feet height requirement so she couldn't do the gravity ropes or laser tag, but we came for bowling anyways. Since we got there shortly after 11am, the line wasn't too long and we got a bowling lane. Bowling shoes are $5, so even with the promo, you still are paying $41 for 2 people. Bowling. Bowling is by the hour NOT game, which I find annoying. They WILL shut down your lane in the middle of a game, and you'll never know who was going to win if you're playing against your friends Or even if you're going for a personal best. UGH, this is probably my biggest complaint. once your hour is done, You can put your name on a waitlist for another lane if you are doing the all you can play. This was bad timing for us because I just ordered lunch, so the waitress had to move our stuff to one of the back tables and deliver our food there. Food. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. They will even get you water to your table, no charge. This time I ordered the cheese pizza kids meal ($7) and boneless chicken wings ($12) for lunch. I like that their kids' meals are reasonably priced, but then they make us order food too... hm. lol Food was decent, minus the brussel sprouts side which was an extra $2 and just boiled, not fried & crispy like what I was expecting. Next time, maybe just ask for the fruit (orange slices) as a side? Arcade. The promo included a $10 arcade card per person which was 50 credits. Each game is about 7.5 to 10 credits. I thought the Wicked Tuna game gave us the most tickets (40ish) with the least amount of skill & luck. With two $10 cards, we came out with 200 tickets and got a squishy ball and candy. We weren't going for tickets though so I'm sure we could have gotten a little more if we tried and didn't play Mario Kart, but that was her fav game haha. At the redemption center, the attendant can easily combine cards and also add funds back to your card if you hit one of those machines that didn't work. Overall, we spent $30 (with tip) on lunch and $40 on play, so $70 for a mommy daughter play date on a school day off and stayed for about 3-4 hours. Not terrible. In this economy though, it's getting tougher to justify these entertainment visits as it quickly adds up! when really, my kid just wants to play video games .

Not terribly old but not new, modern and fresh. A quick stop in the restrooms right inside the doors was a mistake. The place was TRASHED. I MEAN TRASHED!! Paper towels were thrown EVERYWHERE. Gross. We then waited in the ONLY line to purchase our fun card since we only planned to play arcade games.... The line took an eternity and there was only one group in front of us. Numerous times I asked if we could just leave. The lady working the register, who was helping this group, would just leave her post to run to the bar to get drinks for a group that was bowling. Wait time had to be 15 minutes. Anyways, when it was finally our turn, we ask to get a 1-hour arcade card, like we have gotten at every single Main Event we have ever been to... including the last one we visited in San Antonio, just last month. We were informed that they only have credit fun cards. I was blown away because all we have ever gotten were timed ones because we don't need to accumulate points/tokens for their crappy prizes. We just want to play games. Cheapest fun card was 150 credits for $28. According to their website, each game is 5-15 credits. Not worth it in my opinion. We want the timed card instead. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed and we left. We'll save the rest of our Main Event gift card and use it in San Antonio. The stop here was the biggest waste of time. Probably a good thing we didn't stay. Looked like the place was overrun by a bunch of unsupervised early teens anyways. Probably explains the trashed bathrooms. Witnessed 2 girls pretend sword fighting with pool sticks. We don't need to be around that.

I was a little nervous at first since there were quite a few kids and families, but everyone was so kind, respectful, and friendly it made the whole experience even better. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. We purchased a few different items, and since they didn't have regular bags available, she kindly offered me a Ziploc bag, which was really thoughtful. Small gesture, but it meant a lot. We even left her a little tip because she was just that kind and helpful! However, corporate please get bags for families. To make our purchases more convenient. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. To help ensure your guest feel comfortable) You can tell this team genuinely cares about the families and kids who come through. The environment was clean, safe, and full of positive energy. We had such a great time, and we will definitely be back!

The big no for me besides finding the cleaner in the 18 months and under area was the amount of flies inside, live ones and dead ones. The floors definitely need some love. This place has potential but definitely needs some care and deep cleaning. The price is fair for what you get. They definitely have a bit of everything for all ages. Hopefully they do some improvements in the cleaning, I did mentioned it to one of the staff members and she said she had already informed her manager about the flies.

My family and I truly enjoyed every visit, and now they even have a bigger location in Bellaire! What really makes this place stand out is that they genuinely make the experience fun for everyone. They are very generous with prizes and don't make the games frustratingly difficult. Even my 2-year-old grandchild was able to play and win something We also love that they allow prize trades, and the points needed for prizes are actually reasonable compared to other places. Another thing we noticed is that their prize selections are actually QUALITY items--not cheap junk toys like you sometimes see at other arcades. That really made the experience feel worth it. Highly recommend this place for family fun, especially if you want an experience where you actually go home happy and with prizes We came home with so many prizes and memories that we still continue talking about after each visit.

I politely asked if they had a broom or something long so I could retrieve it myself, but from that point on, the staff started showing an unpleasant attitude. When I asked them to exchange the tickets for toys, they deliberately ignored me and insisted that I pay for each item separately instead of combining them and giving me the total number of tickets. When my child asked for help opening the toy packaging, they said they had nothing to open it with--although another staff member later helped my child open it. Their attitude ruined my family's enjoyable trip. I have been a loyal customer of this place and visit every time I come to Houston. I will never come back here again.

I've been there with a group of adults and also with a group of kids, and just note that while it's totally fine (and very fun!) for kids, it's probably better for adults--there's no kid security check-in at the front, and the building is very big, with lots of games. We ordered a pizza from a touchscreen by a food window, and the pizza was actually pretty good, much better than I was expecting at an arcade. The downside was that, in the lunch rush, it took 30-40 minutes for that one pizza to come out, though you could tell they were individually making each item in the big pizza oven. If you want drinks, you separately order those at the front, near where you check in, which is a little odd to have two separate food/drink ordering spots. When we walked in, we paid for a wristband, which gave "free" access to all of the arcade games, except for the claw machines, which required you to buy an extra card.

Needless to say, I'm deadly in the arena. Well, atleast I like to tell myself that. Laserzone in Sugarland is one of my favorite spots to pay laser tag now as an adult. It has been around forever and always a good time. The staff here is young kids so pack your patience as they get easily distracted, especially when their friends are there. My son grew up on this place. I still strap up and have no shame in sniping the youngsters in the arena. The arena has 4 levels is a whopping 13,000 square feet. It's a great way to get a good cardio workout in too. Pricing here is very fair and they have unlimited play options on certain days and times. They also have arcade games and a laser maze challenge. I skip that activity as my body isn't as limber as when I was younger. If you're looking for a fun, interactive and physical activity, I highly suggest trying out Laserzone.

It seems like there are only 2 young staff members working at a time unless it is a short window for a shift change. Lasertag Games are every 20 minutes so it may take 15 minutes for a staff member to come out to the front desk to check you in or start a laser maze game for you. They don't teach you anything unless you ask and even then they don't give you much. Parents not playing can go inside the first Lasertag room to help suit up kiddos. The maze lasts less than a minute for my little kids but is fun. There's a lot to learn on your own in the tag game- shoot certain targets in the maze, shoot opponents, team up/ strategize- 10 year old boy heaven. The multi level room allows for a lot of strategy. Some games are as individuals and some are as teams (not fairly divided. Maybe 4 against 12). There's a screen in the lobby that allows parents to see how their kids are advancing in % accuracy and overall points. A lot of parents play too. I was a little worried about a couple of 5 and 6 year olds but they had no problems. Bring quarters if you want to play a few arcade games or the little candy/toy vending machines. They sell little packaged snacks and drinks but no real food. Overall, kids loved it and we will be back when the kids need a prize or celebration for something.
