I left my GSD for a day since I was going on a business trip to El Paso and ended up staying almost two weeks bc of a medical emergency and Claws and Paws Pet Motel sure did take care of my baby till I was back. I love taking my 2 fur babies to paws and claws I can go out of town with my mind at ease knowing how well they will be taken care of. She does amazing every time I've called even on a short notice she's let me take my babies there my babies been their multiple times. She's amazing and kennels kept clean I can't say anything bad about this place but I can recommend it 10 out of 10. read more

We took our four cats to this "boarding facility" on a Thursday and picked them up on Tuesday morning first time and this place is a DNRE (DO NOT RETURN EVER). First, any place in which the client has to get on their hands and knees to get to their cats because it is so disorganized and dirty should not be boarding animals. Second, they actually boarded cats and dogs TOGETHER. The dogs were loud and the cats were terrified. The place was dirty and disorganized, it seemed more like a back-door boarding than somewhere professional. Internet pictures and "positive" reviews can be definitely deceiving. LOTs of room for improvement. read more

Please disregard the negative one star comment. They obviously have the wrong place. Annette is the most dog loving and caring person I have ever met! We recently went to board our dog, who is very terrified of boarding facilities. Our dog was being aggressive and she had to be picked up (not Annettes fault what so ever, our dog can be very rude). After we arrived to get her, Annette asked us if we wanted to borrow her large kennel and bowls so we didn't have to cancel our lake plans and she said we will try again. Even after our dog was rude, she still helped us by letting us borrow her kennel, bowls, and saying that we will try again. I've looked everywhere in Midland for boarding and I will never have to look again. Don't use anyone but Claws and Paws, I promise you will love them! read more

I loved this place for my little girl. I was a little concern to go out of town because she was on her cycle. But it I was very pleased to see her so happy when I picked her up. Will be taking her back. The lady was very sweet and little girl loved her. read more

Called this morning to see if i could reserve my dogs stay for tonight and spoke to a nice lady. There was no problem UNTIL NOW. I just got a phone call, from the owner who said that because i didnt call or show last time (which was the only time i forgot to let them know we didnt end up going out of town), that we would have to pay DOUBLE for just 1 nights stay tonight. She even acknowledged that she never told me about the policy to call 48 hours in advance id we were not going to be able to drop off our dog. She continued to complain and say she had to do this because recently she had $2,500 worth of cancellations, no call no shows. Which I would of understood, but again, to charge me DOUBLE for her recent policy change, which i wasnt aware of? I would of understood if she said "Just so you know, from here on out, this is what we are doing for no calls or no shows." But to try and charge me for something she never told me before, doesn't seem right or legal. So, sad to say, I will no longer be doing business here read more
